Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient location and inside the property itself is safe even though the surrounding may not be so, I feel safe staying in the hotel.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and shower. There is an older elevator but it’s great to carry the luggage upstairs. This is a hotel with a reception but it’s located in a building with other businesses. The hotel sent a video to show how to find it in the busy Piazza. They offered parking I the corner inside another hotel which was very helpful! The location is very convenient- right by the train station and the subway!

An overview of the entire check in process would be great to send out after you book a room. We had a hard time finding the hotel entrance as the sign wasn’t noticeable and didn’t say that it was going to be on the second floor. I did not get the instructions on how to get to the hotel until after I was checked in. Other than that, the service was exceptional. It was a fairly small and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again for a small group.

Felt very safe and secure even being so close to Naples' major transport hub. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly which was a great relief in a city we weren't planning to be in (due to flight cancellation). Very convenient location with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants on its doorstep as well as the metro. Room was very clean and comfortable and had a bright modern vibe to it. Airport bus was also a just minute away.

We checked out of our original Naples hotel almost as soon as we checked in due to the conditions. I found H22 and am so glad I did! The staff was friendly & helpful, and the room was clean and close to the taxi line & train station.
