This hotel was much more than we expected based on our previous experiences in Naples. It is not a traditional hotel but more of a section of a residential building that has been converted to suites. They are beautifully done and very comfortable. Staff meets you at the entrance to check you in and show you how to enter, use the controls in your room and your vouchers for breakfast at the cafe across the street. This hotel is a very quick walk from the train station which doubles as the alibus stop if you are coming from the airport which worked perfect for us. We chose this hotel for convenience but liked it so much we will go out of our way to stay here if we travel through Naples again.

Staff is very friendly and the hotel is so clean, put together, and maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, I was very happy with our stay. The area is a little sketchy but other than that the hotel itself was amazing

Beautiful in the Heart of the City
A beautiful hotel in a beautiful historic building, and the room itself was very modern! Sofia was very pleasant and accommodating upon our arrival with her warm welcome and hospitality. The hotel is a very short walk from the main bus and train station, and the other main attractions of the city are all in walking distance, though riding the nearby metro is just as easy. Breakfast is complimentary for guests at the restaurant/cafe across the street, where we were able to sit outside with our cappuccino and croissants and watch the cars go by. Another recommendation is a small cafe between the hotel and train station on the main street with seating outside for gelato, espresso, limoncello spritz, and other snacks. Great service! Though we were never disappointed with food anywhere in the city. If we were to return to Naples, we’d stay here again. Please communicate your arrival time accurately when asked, and change if need be, as I have learned you are treated as a true guest and you are being waited for to be welcomed accordingly!

Excellent place. Lovely room and bathroom. Large smart TV. Lovely reception staff. Close to the bus and train station. The area around there (like many major cities) has it share of homeless folk so it's quite rough but there's army based there all the time so there's no problems. Cleaning staff are friendly but noisy. All in, a really good place. Would happily go back.

A gem of a hotel!
When we pulled up we were a bit taken aback by the overall neighborhood…a typical Napoli neighborhood… but we were completely pleased by hotel itself. Very modern with great style. Very clean and had everything we could ask for in a room. Check in was easy and very comfortable. Overall a great hotel!

This was such a nice surprise! The staff, communication, willingness to help, and accommodate was outstanding! The property itself is so well done. The property itself was spectacular. The room was more than adequate with additional toiletries to come with. The area outside the actual infrastructure was questionable but once you’re in, quite safe. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room but I don’t have any bad things to say since I only stayed a day. Sophia greeted me when I first arrived. She was amazing and made me feel welcomed. Definitely would recommend this place for short stays in Napoli.

A hidden gem
Based on the 2nd floor of an apartment block across a quiet courtyard area, less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was exceptionally clean and modern. Great air con, mini fridge, large en suite bathroom. The staff were very warm, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was via a voucher you handed in at a nearby cafe. I would thoroughly recommend Il Divino.

Our stay at il Divino was wonderful! I highly recommend. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station which was very convenient both for traveling to our next destination and for visiting the surrounding areas. il Divino is a little oasis behind a little brown door. We were charmed by the little courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of the city once we stepped through the door. We felt very safe as the security is top notch. We were not able to contact the property prior to arrival as they requested; however, a quick phone call and someone was at the door to let us in. Sophia was a Godsend. She was so kind and helped us get settled quickly and into our room. She was always available to help if needed. The hotel and the room were very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is good A/C and a lift if needed. It is very quiet. The staff cleaned the room every morning and gave us fresh towels and kept everything stocked when we needed it. Breakfast is a little cafe across the street. My daughter and I loved ordering our hot tea and pastry selection every morning. The pastries were so good. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again when in Naples. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and for your kindness and hospitality.

We really loved the service here. It was nice to chat with a local and she was so helpful and kind. The room was perfect for us and extremely modern. They even give slippers and the towels are the best I've ever had in a hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
