The room is conveniently located from the train station, so that was nice. It’s a bit of a sketchy area, but it’s fine once you’re inside. The room is clean and tastefully decorated, but walls are thin, so you have to hope for good roommates. A couple was fighting next to us, but stopped as soon as someone from another room told them to “shut up.” Breakfast is coffee and a croissant, which we were fine with. Good bed and shower.

Poor communication with the property owners. Late replies. Somebody should be personally available at least 1-2 hours a day. Had some issues with their payment system. Very good housekeepers, clean facility, interesting area.

I got the Capri room and it was beautiful and the location of it actually made it quiet. Napoli is not know for being quiet so this was a good find. It’s really close to the main train station. The check in was remote and I was worried but it was actually really easy and they responded on WhatsApp quickly when I had any questions.

Lovely property. The room was very nice and the process to check in was simplified with a video sent via WhatsApp. Breakfast is a bakery item and coffee from nearby bakery. The area is close to the train which is convenient but would not recommend the area for tourists.

A Hidden Gem
This was midway through our 14 day trip & although close to the train station more direction would have been helpful to find the correct apartment building. Had to ask someone on street for help. Once you enter you have to cross the courtyard & go up to the second floor. There is a code there too & units inside have different keys. You self check. Inside was very beautiful & clean with lots of color. Honestly enjoyed the room more than the city. We had Pompeii room for 3 adults. The breakfast is right across the street at the corner. We had lots of rain over our 2 night stay but enjoyed watching movies over WiFi in the room. Very comfortable!

Room nice and clean, easy walk from central train station. Had issues with access code but fixed easily with phone call to owners. Owners were very helpful with any questions, precheck video for late check very helpful.

Without actually meeting anybody at the property we found the arrangements for checking in, via Whats Ap, were effortless. Breakfast is served in the bar opposite and we were within 5 minutes walk from Central Station with its link to the airport by bus and to Herculaneum and Pompeii by train. Without being pretty Naples is an incredibly beautiful and vibrant city with inexpensive and wonderful food. We will be back!

Excellent B&B near the train station.
Provided excellent self check-in video, and informed us two door codes (Front gate and apartment ) thru whatsapp. Entire process was seamless. Very helpful to allow us storing luggage before room was ready so we can have lunch first. Very prompt communication via whatsapp. Street in front the building has food-staller selling produce and apparel to neighborhood residents. OK by me because it would be bad if there are fly-by-night people selling counterfit goods.

This property was gorgeous once we walked inside. Completely renovated, with a balcony, very clean, breakfast cards were provided for a restaurant down the street (our flight left very early so we could not enjoy this), mini fridge with items in it, shower gel. Coming from a small, country town, Naples is quite dirty, lots of graffiti and I don’t know what areas are safe or not. The location is conveniently located within walking distance of Napoli Central Train Station!
