Stayed in this hotel for 1 night as we had an early morning flight out of Naples the next day. Location is a little noisy with limited dining/entertainment options, but is perfect for proximity to the airport, which was our priority. Friendly and helpful staff.

I arrived at midnight after a much delayed flight and promptly got my room for a much needed rest. Room was small but neat and clean. Breakfast was nice plus they gave a nice double expresso. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

We were hoping for at least a 3 star experience after arriving late at Naples airport and needing a bed for the night before picking up our hire car in the morning. This is a very basic hotel - certainly not 4 star- the best to be found close to the airport and not a good introduction to Italian hospitality.

The hotel advertised a restaurant and bar onsite, but it was closed on Sunday. There are no options for food near the hotel due to Sunday in Naples, where most businesses are closed. It would be helpful if the hotel would post this on their website so that guests can plan accordingly.

I particularly like Hotel Millenium Gold because it's very close to Naples INternational Airport and the car rental offices. Igenerally stay here the night before my return flights to USA. I can turn in my rental car theneasily walk back to the hote. Then, in the morning, the hotel reception people can have a taxi for me in under 10 minutes. A taxi ride to the airport is only about 20 Euros whichis worth it to not have to walk to the airport.

Staff is garble. Big liars. While checking into the hotel we asked if they had airport drop off service and they confirmed they did it 24/7. Airport drop-off at 3:45 AM was crucial for my early morning flight. We reconfirmed the night before too! However, on the day of my departure, the man at reception refused outright to provide the service, leaving my family stranded and scrambling to find alternative transportation. This was extremely inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress. The man waa unhelpful and indifferent to my situation and claimed they never dropped off historically! We expected better customer service, especially for something as important as airport transfers. Very disappointed and won't be staying here again.

This hotel did what it was meant for, a one night stay before our flight out of Naples airport. It was clean, had AC and was a 2 min drive to the rental car drop off. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and at 2:30am a family checked in next door and you could hear every single word. Which was annoying. But aside from that it was fine. This is not a luxury hotel not near anything I would only recommend staying if you have an early flight at NAP!

Asked for a luggage cart (6 suitcases) he said it was broken ā€¦ When I checked out he asked me for a pet fee - not mentioned anywhere service dogs stay for free !! He wouldnā€™t hear none of it. The hotel advertises a restaurant but when we went for dinner we were told the restaurant is closed and our food options were city centre (4km away) or the airportā€¦ so we went back to the airport. The hotel offered nothing more than a bed and a bathroom (with a fly squished into the wall during cleaning and no proper bin) and as we had a roadside room, the traffic was non-stop all night and kept us awake. Not at all like advertised and we should have seen such poor reviews on other sites too before booking. Staff could do with a lesson in customer service as well. Would not recommend at all
