The host and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to do whatever it takes to help. We arrived very early and the host personally saw to it that we could check in early for a morning nap. Fantastic location right next to central metro and train stations for easy access to all of Naples and the rest of the region. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - five star service all round.

Very cute and clean room. Staff was amazing . I got lost looking for the hotel and a member came out to find me! I will say to just watch the showers though. Doors don’t quite seal so I accidentally soaked the bathroom floor

The host was excellent with prompt and responsive communication. It was extremely convenient to the train station. The room and hotel space was clean and nice but it is in an old building and the entry way and main floor are dirty and it looked a little sketchy, but the rooming house itself was clean and secure.

Impossible to find. Hotel not sign posted. Without a policeman’s help we would have never found it. Unsafe. Antiquated lift. Lobby picture deceptive - photographer deserves a medal for making it look good. Came by car but it was located in pedestrianised area only

Perfect location by bars and restaurants as well as the train/bus terminal to explore the city and beyond. Oksana was so welcoming and helpful with directions to the place as well as checkin and scheduling a taxi for me to take an early morning flight. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Adequate space for 2 people and appreciated the faurly priced (cheap) snacks and drinks stocked in the fridge. Great stay! Great value as well. I expected much less for the small price I paid. Also…there is an elevator. A previous review said there is not, but there most definitely is 😀

The access to the property is extremely "odd". Maybe this is not unusual in Naples but it was a "unique" experience.We were sent pictures to follow for access to the room. The 1st door you come to leads to a dirty and questionable area. If this doesnt bother you then it's and ok place to stay. Communication was good but perhaps not as soon as I would have liked. Clean and modern facility once your inside.

The area around the property is typical Naples, it is loud and a bit dirty. However, when you get to the property it is a quiet, clean, and beautiful escape from the city. The staff was exceptional. We loved the property and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the city.

Great stay!
We stayed here for a couple night in April. Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel contacted me to find out when we would arrive to make sure someone was there when we arrived. They provided detailed instructions on how to locate the hotel and were super friendly/helpful checking in. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet for the most part (it overlooked a courtyard that could be loud for small amounts of time and never when we were sleeping). The bed was pretty hard and so were the pillows. The shower was also quite small but not a big deal. The location was great for what we needed (day trip to Herculaneum/a few minutes from Napoli Central station) but wasn't super close to other parts of Naples.
