DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM ALERT! I checked out May 28th, and it is now July 23rd. I have not received my deposit back. I messaged the company directly prior to even staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to stay as I had already reserved the room. The company responded to my concern by blaming me for booking with them. They didn’t care about who received their deposits or not, and they could not answer why they need to hold deposits for so long after guests have checked out. They even referred to customers as greedy because they could book the hotel cheaply. This leads me to believe that the deposit is intentionally treated as additonal income for them. This company does not return your $200 security deposit. They also make it their policy to intentionally hold your deposit for 15 to 30 working days. Why would a company need to hold your deposit that long? Most likely, this is the time needed for you to not to be able to dispute the charge with the bank.
