• Approval Required: Subject to Moorgate HOA and Players Club approval, including a background check ($150) and membership transfer fee ($450). HOA approval requires 4 days after full application & fees submitted. Players Club requires 7 days after full application submitted for approval; guest membership available until membership transfer is complete. Therefore, an instant booking will require a minimum of 4 days plus say 2 days to prepare the application before HOA approval.
• Minimum Stay: 30-day rental minimum, with a preference for 60 days or longer.
• Availability: February and March 2025 are already booked. Premium months are available from April 1, 2025, through the end of the year.
• Cleaning: Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning available at additional cost.
