The entire unit is was recently remodeled. It has all new appliances, TV, AC, Kitchen, furniture, blankets, pillows, etc. This unit was professionally decorated. Park Shore Resort is a one-of-a-kind destination with 13 acres of waterways and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The resort offers free Wi-Fi inside and outside the units. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, racquetball, new pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa, and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property.
Conveniently located in walking distance to grocery, restaurant and shopping. Within a mile are some of Naples most beautiful beaches. Our resort is also located near Venetian Village, golf, world-class shopping, Naples Pier, and the Naples Performing Arts Center.
Park Shores will charge you a one time $115 Resort fee that fee is paid directly to the association. This is a ONE TIME per reservation not per person and not per day. The $115 fee covers your entire stay.

This was an excellent location for an overdue girl's trip. Marko Island is a short drive away, and a trip to the Botanical Gardens was very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Everyone on the property is friendly and helpful. The condo is well stocked. I highly recommend it. We had a great time staying at Park Shores Resort. Our host Diana was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The condo was newly renovated, clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with nearly everything we needed during our trip. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and we had a great time playing pickleball as a family. We also really enjoyed eating at Hogfish Harry's on site. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. The location is great, within close distance to several beaches, restaurants, and nice neighborhoods. We would highly recommend booking a stay at Park Shores Resort.

Easy and central to Naples
My super senior dad and wife and I stayed at this condo. The location was close to 5th Ave restaurants and shopping. Close to the other mall where we all got B12 vitamin shots to keep us healthy and give us a boost of energy to have fun in Naples. The place was clean and had everything we needed and had a cool, comfy decor. It was cold so we didn't get to use the pool or patio while we were there. We will stay again next time.

The property was exactly what we were looking for a wide range in ages (infant, 30s, 50s) with the pool and onsite restaurant. The unit was clean and plenty of space. Surprisingly really enjoyed the patio and spent a good amount of time out there! The surrounding area has plenty walkable of restaurant and shopping options. The Venetian Bay Area was fun to walk to, shop, and eat at.

Must Stay!!
The place was just as advertised! The restaurant on site (Hogfish Harry’s) was absolutely delicious! Everyone in my family of 5 had a different meal & we were all very impressed!! Diana was so accommodating and extremely responsive! It’s located centrally & within a short distance to many stores and restaurants and the beach. We went saw sunsets at Clam Park beach (closest beach) and spent a day 15 min North at Vanderbilt Beach and spent one day 15 min South at Naples Pier and 5th Ave South. The place was almost resort-like with a large pool. They were super friendly and helpful at the front desk lobby. We enjoyed the wildlife (lizards, turtles, birds, ducks, fish) all around us. I will definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to book another family vacation at this little treasure. :)

We loved the property, super clean, and stocked with all you need to enjoy the stay. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. The location is GREAT... convenient to the beach and the shops. Park Shores Resort isn't the newest property in town but friendly staff and Hogfish Harry's is delicious.

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. It’s an older condo complex but well maintained. Location is as described - 5-10 minutes drive to beach. It’s off of Rt 41 - very busy main 6+ lane road. A few restaurants and Publix short walk away. Other than that … you’ll need to drive everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay here even though we didn’t spend much time in the condo (we were moving into our own place) The furnishings were very updated and beds were super comfortable! Loved having the Hoggish Harry’s restaurant and bar just steps away! The pool is great too! Photos of the condo were 💯 accurate! I would highly recommend this place for couples and families!

My sister booked this property for a family vacation and we can honestly say it was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in. The condo was perfection. The decoration will shock you. The attention to detail is an under statement. Everything from the beds to the linens to the towels, kitchen even washer and dryer are brand new and quality. This is the first VRBO property I have rented where there is an endless amount of paper towels, detergent. toilet paper, soap, dishwashing detergent. The beach was a short walk to the most amazing sunset and crystal clear water. The kids loved the beach. The owners also provided a beach bag, cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. We walked the beach to a restaurant on the water with a full bar and great food. The restaurant on the premises was also incredible. We will absolutely make this our yearly rental. The teenagers loved the tennis and the pool. It was a great place for families with kids. Very safe and very very clean.

This was a great condo. Everything was beautiful and it was well stocked. The restaurant at the pool was great with cocktails to go. Beach was a hair father than I expected and it’s not a great resort for teens, but that’s just to help you decide if you’re deciding. Loved the place for adults 100%

Amazing Stay!
We had such a great time. Diana was super responsive and friendly. The apartment is exactly as described and picture. It had everything you need. Everything is brand new, even the fridge. My family enjoyed our stay, and would definitely be back. Great location, just a couple of minutes from clam pass park (beach). Publix, fresh market is a few minutes away, literally 2 min. The check in process is super convenient at the front desk, super quick. Thank you Diana for making sure that our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed.

Incredible Property
We were fortunate to be the second family to stay at this immaculate home. The decoration was straight out of a designer magazine. Every corner of the unit was carefully planned and perfectly executed. We loved having our morning coffee on the very large balcony that overlooks the lagoon. They provided anything you can imagine from coffee, to unlimited supplies of paper towels, detergent etc. The restaurant at the pool was outstanding. The drinks were even better, We opted to drive to the beach as we had a lot to carry and there was plenty of parking there. Will absolutely be back!!!
