Tivoli Oasis is an Oasis

Florida Vacation
We spent a wonderful week at this property, even with hurricane Milton occurring two days prior to our arrival. The house and property were immaculate and as advertised. The home is well equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The homeowner was extremely responsive to any questions or requests. This was especially important relative to the property status after the hurricane. I would highly recommend any of this homeowner's properties. We hope to stay here again.

Tívoli Oasis Better than Expectations!
We rented Tivoli Oasis for a week long vacation. We were 2 families with 8 people in total and this home, with its amenities and location were absolutely perfect for us. Very clean, updated, well-stocked and beautiful! I'm not sure if some of these items were left over from previous guests or if DL Vacation Rentals placed them in the home but we found new kitchen sponge, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper. These are items I usually bring from home. The garage was filled with lots of beach/pool toys, chairs, umbrellas, games, tennis rackets, skateboard, bikes..... anything you'd need! There're also 2 drying racks for hanging clothes not using the dryer. Communication with Derek was great! We texted him with some last minute questions and he was quick to respond. Another family member rented a different DL property and that one was incredibly beautiful, as well! He has 5 total properties with 4 of them in this Briarwood neighborhood so next year we will be SURE to contact Derek to rent again for our large family gathering.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was exactly as advertised and was beautiful and very clean. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Great property in Naples
Tivoli Oasis was a great property! We had 3 adults and 2 teens, plenty of room for all of us. House was exactly as advertised and the indoor/outdoor space made the house even better. We liked the gated community and enjoyed walking and biking around. Owner provided everything you need to enjoy your stay- bikes, coolers, beach chairs etc. and Derek was very responsive when a few questions came up. The location was central- ~ 15 minute drive to old/historic downtown area of Naples and the beach (traffic/time of year dependent). I recommend this property and would stay there again.

Property is fabulous, very well equipped, lots of extras like Alexa annd streaming services included annd anppreciated. Derek is the perfect host. Unfortunately while there I had to have emergency surgery and Derek changed his plans to make sure I could recuperate in the house and not have to move location. Couldn’t recommend more highly

Much needed vacation
Derek, the owner, was quick to answer any of my concerns.This was our first trip to Naples and we loved it! The home is in a beautifully gated commuinity. It's close to everything, shopping restaruants, beaches and downtown. The house was perfect for our famiy of 8. Each family had their own room, TV and bathroom. The furniture was comfortable and the dining room was plenty big enough for all. The pool area is where we spent most of our time and the garage held many pool toys. There's also a dining table outside that seats 8. We cooked out on the grill and enjoyed our family together. We were also part of a surprise proposal on the beach! Our daughter is now engaged to a Super guy! This made our family time even more special. I highly recommend this property for celebrate family time!

We rented this property to visit my Mom, who lives in the area. The location is perfect to her, activities, restaurants and beach. The house is very clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Derek was a great host and got back to us promptly when we had questions. Great house, perfect location... Brilliant property in a lovely location
My husband and I stayed in this property for 3 weeks in December. Derek was very good at providing us with all the information required before we arrived and making sure everything was OK when we got there. The house is wonderful and a real home from home. The bedrooms are great, with a beautiful en suite off the master. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area has a great large screen TV with loads of channels to choose from. The supe fast Wifi was also really good. The house is very well located and within a short drive of the wonderful beaches and various restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely stay again!

Property was great! Upon walking in the first thing we noticed was the nice clean smell! Even the linens smelled clean. The house really has everything you could need. The house is great for families as well as a couples getaway. We had a great stay and will definitely be coming back.

Highly Recommend and looking to stay there again
This place was “Amazing”, this place had everything and maybe even more, than you would need to have a blast all week staying here. They put a lot of thought making sure you wouldn’t need much to enjoy the stay, bikes, rafts for pool, fishing rods, fully equipped kitchen , towels and plenty of them, grill, coolers, chairs and even a pad to lay on for the beach. I could go and on honestly. Pool water was perfect all week, hot tub was a very nice touch for sure. Very clean house and nice upgraded bathrooms were nice. We loved it so much we do plan to make reservations again for next year to stay here, so I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.
