I cannot say enough good things about this house and the host. They had every amenity you could think of. The bikes that you could ride around the rental were phenomenal. The pool was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms are perfect. If I ever head back to Naples this will definitely be the house I seek out again!

Perfect family getaway
The home was so spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with extras and all needed dishes. The kids loved the pool, riding bikes, and room to spread out. We loved that the house included all needed items for a day at the beach. We loved listening to music on the echo dots while swimming. We also enjoyed the community pool, playground, and pickle ball courts. It was very easy to get in and out, and we felt safe and secure while staying here. Check out was a breeze compared to some places we have stayed. We highly recommend, and plan to visit again!

This is a fantastic house which was perfect for our getaway with 3 couples. The fact that it had 3 king bedrooms was a selling point for us. The house is modern, beautiful and has every recreational toy you can think of!! The owner was very nice and super-responsive. Great stay!!

Perfect Stay
The first seconds we walked through the door, we felt like we had our own oasis. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Our kitchen was well stocked. Our private pool and hot tub was perfect . Our garage was filled with well maintained bikes and pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom that is separated from the other bedrooms. It’s a great floor plan and a great place to stay for families. Our host communicated great with us and was very helpful. Loved our week here in Tivoli Paradise.

The property was accurately listed. The house was overall clean. There were only a few things that I would change.. 1. Not enough rags/wash cloths were provided. We had to buy some at Walmart. 2. The bedroom I stayed in only had white curtains. I needed something heavier to block out the sun each morning, so I could get a good nights rest. 3. The provided kitchen utensils were all mixed together in a bad way. There are only 2 plastic cups provided. We had 5 adults total and had to pick who could drink beside the pool and who had to use glasses. Glass is not recommended for use around the pool. Also the kitchen utensils/silverware should be gone through and the best items picked. The rest should be discarded. Multiple sets of spatulas, spoons, etc. Highlight: 1. Pool/hot tub in backyard 2.Gated community for peace of mind and safety 3. Pool and trash taken care of by service members 4. Seasoning and kitchen utensils provided.

Truly Paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Tivoli Paradise. The house was beyond spacious for our family of four. It was immaculate inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and pool toys each day, took advantage of the beach gear and utilized the bicycles. The location was ideal, giving us easy access to our many day trips to Naples, Marco Island and The Everglades. Derek was the ideal property manager. We had a minor issue and he fixed it right away. If we ever get back that way, we will definitely rent from DL Vacation Rentals again.

Paradise is the perfect name!
Tivoli Paradise completely lived up to it's name! A true Paradise! We had all the comforts of home and then some. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean! Loved the private views, saltwater pool, spa and Alexa speaker for music by the pool! The heated pool was spot on even in June! Derek the owner was fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. Derek checked in to make sure all was good with the home and that we were happy which was much appreciated. We found the helpful information on quick tips regarding the house and also his great recommendations for fun things to do in and around Naples wonderful! We have traveled to Naples many years but had never gone on a Tiki Tour or a catamaran. We did both of these and our family had a fun and memorable time! We advise both the Tiki Cruise Tour and the Sweetwater Catamaran Sunset cruise. The Briarwood community is beautiful, safe and quiet. We went on daily early morning bike rides. Derek provides many pool and beach items which added to our enjoyment. The high quality beach chairs and umbrellas made for comfortable long days at Naples beautiful beaches too. Thank you for a memorable time. Our family had a blast and we can't wait to return again soon! John, Teresa and family

Relaxing place
The master bedroom is isolated on one side of the house and provides the utmost privacy. Three other bedroom's are large and provide plenty of privacy. The glass wall slider in the living room opens up to the pool and makes a indoor/outdoor environment. The pool area has plenty of seating and the vegetation provides lots of privacy. The Host Derek is the star communication is outstanding and making sure everything is going well.

Above and beyond any expectation
I have rented properties in Florida for many years. This property far exceeds any other I have been exposed to. Everything is so well thought out. Just about everything you could think of has been provided. The property is simply excellent, everything works! ( not always the case when dealing with rental properties) Communication was excellent. The place is very clean. In a very upscale gated community. I will rent again from Derek whenever in Naples.

Tivoli Paradise was perfect for our family vacay! The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything you could possibly need including pool and beach items. There were 8 of us…6 adults and two children and the bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect. We were in Naples for a family wedding so we ate out for dinners but the kitchen was well stocked to handle our breakfasts and lunch. My 2 year old granddaughter had an amazing time in the pool and we enjoyed the Florida wildlife that visited the pond behind the house (birds, ducks and otters). Sadly, Hurricane Ian kept us from the beach so we’ll certainly return! Thanks to owner, Derek, for a great experience!

Amazing Getaway
Location was great. Liked the fact that it was in a gated community, felt very safe. Short drive to downtown Naples and the beach. The pool and spa were amazing. Had everything you would need for the pool and beach in the garage, no need to bring anything. Communication with the property manager was great, we had a problem with the internet the last 2 days of our stay and he did everything he could to try and get it resolved quickly. Loved the decor and the layout of the home provided plenty of privacy. Will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

Gorgeous house - perfect for families with kids
We had an incredible week at this beautiful house! Derek was extremely easy to communicate with and the house had everything we could dream of.
