ALL of the staff are super-friendly and helpful. Check-in is a breeze and the rooms are very clean. It can be a little noisy at times, but that's due to other guests, it has nothing to do with the staff. Just bring some earplugs & you're good to go. If you're looking for a bargain hotel, this location is the place! Great job Woodspring!!!

There was soap left on tup of shower stall in the corner. Mold along top of shower stall and wall.. mold around hot and cold water handle cover in shower. Room smelled like mildew as well. We checked out today and both myself and son are both having trouble breathing due to allergies it seems. Even though neither of us have allergies. First night there we had troubles with tv remote. Dont believe anyone ever came and brought new remote. Microwave breaker was tripped so we didnt want to use it simce i dont knoq why it was tripped in the first place. Only desk person who seemed to care or was nice seemed to be ther guy when we first checked in. Lots of unusual activity. Marijuana smell multiple times near main entrance. So many things. I work for the hotel industry as a maintenence manager and dont think i will ever stay at any hotel associated with this hotel line again.
