Roach infested nightmare
Dirty unclean rooms, roach infested, rude manager, bad smell. Horrible in all possible ways, it needs to be shut down. Only plus, was the night front desk attendant jessica. Tried ro upload photos of roches in room but the hotels.com app wont let me upload.

Undone room, roach infested rooms, smelly, nothing like the pictures show, a complete catfish. Only good thing was the receptionist at front desk feom the night, Jessica, she was pleasant and i understood that it was beyond her control or her pay grade.

We arrived and were assigned a “ready room” went to the room the beds were not made and you could see there were stains of something on the mattress… there was food particulars on the dresser, feces in the toilet and trash on the floor. Went downstairs and they showed us another room. It appeared to be okay but when I lifted the toilet seat there was urine and feces on the seat. How do you clean the room and the bathroom and not the toilet. At this point we decided to check out and leave. The front desk ladies were understanding and kind but their cleaning staff is performing well below an average level.
