Great location
The hotel is nicely located for many good restaurants and attractions. The apartments looked nice, but is not of the best quality. We had problems with the internet, the water pressure in the shower and toilet (which did n´t flush) and extremely noisy and un-useful aircondition. Other wise, our stay was good.

A getaway from the city
The hotel is about 30min drive from the medieval town, Carcassonne. Nice getaway from the city if you are looking for a quite place for family vacation or just for some down time. Service is great, the concierge was very helpful and accommodating to our requests even in the night. We had a superior two bedroom which feels like an apartment, it includes a living room, dining room, washing machine, stove etc. - also perfect for a long stay.

Séjour aux jardins de Saint Benoit
Magnifique site malheureusement trop peu entretenu. Les chambres sont grandes et les salles de bain luxueuses mais des petits travaux sont à effectuer pour maintenir le site en etat. Les 2 piscines sont magnifiques mais la piscine extérieure devrait être nettoyée plus régulièrement.

C'était notre seconde fois , mais nous sommes trés déçu. l'établissement est viellissant et la maintenance "donne une image d'abandon" . Le spa , qui devait être payant mais que nous avons négocié (heureusement) , n'est plus intéressant : sauna froid, hamman froid ou débordant de vapeur (suivant les réglages demandés) , jacuzzi dont lam moitié des jets étaient en panne. La piscine a été privatiése un samedi aprés midi par 29° de temapérature pour cause de mariage....Exceptionnel aux dires de l'accueil, mais pas des clients qui n'étaient là que pour un à 2 jours . Le restaurant nous a été annoncé fermé "aux particuliers" à notre arrivée. Les séminaires et groupes (mariages) sont privilégiés.

Accueil froid et impersonnel. Manque total d'information, aucune documentation dans la chambre, y compris sur le repas possible le soir. Chambre et salle de bains correctes. Les gros meubles dans le séjour mangent l'espace. La télé dans le séjour ne fonctionne pas, mais celle de la chambre OK. Le soir, très mauvais éclairage extérieur. Les habitués ont leur lampe torche, mais on n'était pas prévenus. Ce n'est pas plus mal car l'extérieur manque d'entretien... Certes c'était proche de la réouvertrure, mais ne dit-on pas dans le tourisme que l'impression donnée aux premiers clients est cruciale pour la réussite de la saison ? Nous étions venus pour tester en vue des grandes vacances avec les petits enfants, et nous sommes fixés : ce ne sera pas ici ! Pourtant, au soleil d'été le lieu doit être magnifique, sous réserve d'un peu d'entretien supplémentaire. Point très positif : calme absolu. Mais qu'en est-il quand les 171 chambres sont occupées ?

Maison confortable, mais gestion déplorable...
Le domaine avait été réservé pour un mariage le soir de notre réservation.... Du coup, nous sommes arrivés à 17h pour profiter de la piscine et 15 minutes après être rentrés dans l'eau, on nous as demandé de sortir car la piscine a été privatisée au dernier moment. Je trouve ce comportement très limite de la part des responsables du domaine. Néanmoins, l'équipe sur place a été très présente et disponible pour changer de logement (car ils nous avaient affecté un logement tout proche du mariage et de la sono !!). Au final, nuit au calme loin de la soirée mais avec un grand regret sur la piscine notamment pour les enfants. Bref, nous n'y retournerons certainement pas ! Mais merci aux équipes présentes qui ont su gérer la chèvre... et le choux :-)

C'est une residence hôteliere plus qu'un hotel. Vous avez des petites maisons equipées. Pour une nuit ça n'a pas grand intérêt et du coup c'est un peu cher. Pour y passer un sejour vacances ça semble très bien par contre. La piscine est immense et donne sur un beau panorama.

Poussière sous les meubles, peinture écaillée sur les murs de la chambre, moisissure sur les bords de la baignoire, clim trop bruyante pour pouvoir dormir avec. Lieu et maison très agréables, calmes et décorés avec goût. Village aucun intérêt ! La seule fausse que j'ai pu trouver est que comme il n'y a aucune animation organisée le soir au domaine et aux villages des alentours, le seul repli est la TV et le Wifi. Malheureusement, plus signal TV pour cause d'orages et connexion internet capricieuse pendant mon séjour. Bref J'ai pu extrêmement me reposer en faisant le tour du cadran.

Déçus,la piscine pour enfants n'est accessible que de 8h à 9h nous a t'on dit à la réception et ils n'ont pas accès à celle d'intérieure ! Bref,nous avons emmené nos enfants à Carcassonne comme promis en dînant aux remparts car à l'hôtel un seul menu de proposé, limité ! ! !

Dès l'arrivée, le domaine est plutôt sympathique, les petites maisons semblent bien entretenues, mais la comparaison avec un établissement hôtelier arborant les 4 précieuses étoiles s'arrête là. Une première nuit passée dans notre petite maison nous permet de déjà sentir que les "économies de bout de chandelle" se sont nichées un peu partout. A l'arrivée au petit déjeuner, une femme plutôt désagréable nous accueille en soufflant. D'emblée, elle ne s'embarrassera pas du trop conventionnel "bonjour Madame, bonjour Monsieur", pour débuter sans coup férir par un "numéro de villa ?" bien sec et impérieux, ôté de la formulation de courtoisie "s'il vous plaît", par soucis d'efficacité sans doute. Une ambiance délicieusement "cantoche EDF" se fait sentir. Cette charmante personne nous affirme à tort que nous n'avons pas réservé et nous invite à quitter l'établissement car "elle ne peut rien faire pour nous". Ah si, elle peut nous "vendre des viennoiseries". Je lui suggère de nous les offrir. Ce qui reviendrait à minima à une compensation. Sa réponse édifiante aura fini de me convaincre, je la cite : "Si je vous les offre, comment je gagne ma vie, moi ?" Face à l'incompétence et à la bêtise, il fallait capituler et rendre les armes, ou plutôt les clés. Vacances en famille gâchées. Bref, si vous voulez dépenser sans compter sans contrepartie valable, que vous êtes prêts à vous offrir des vacances low-cost au prix du haut de gamme, cet établissement est fait pour vous.
