You should clarify that this place is rather a hostel than a hotel hotel! Je price is excessive for thelack of comfort and facilities. There’s no cleanning service for the whole length of the stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and it save the trip wbut I definitely won’t go back again.

Réservation sur Hotels.com pour 3 (couple + enfant). Lors de notre arrivée 20h, après vérif la chambre réservée était pour 2 alors que le prix et la confirmation de réservation pour 3. La responsable a été trés réactive et a fait le nécessaire avec les moyens mis à sa dispo pour nous proposer une chambre de 3 dans un autre établissement de St Pierre à ses frais. Rafraichissements offerts pendant l'attente, et petits déj gratuit chez elle le lendemain matin, passer d'une rdce à l'autre de bon matin...Bref. Pas de scandale pour 1 nuit. Loin du service hôtelier qui est facturé, cette résidence a tout de la colonie de vacances. File d'attente pour les repas, le petit déjeuner, animations bruyantes le soir. Covid19, bémol sur le service du petit déj, masque obligatoire, aucune distanciation dans la file d'attente, une personne (pas aimable) pour la distribution des viennoiseries/pain et totale autonomie pour tout le reste avec les personnes qui coupent la file pour se resservir au buffet (concernant le buffet, Quid Covid : pourquoi un saladiers de pâte à tartiner et de confiture ou tout le monde trempe sa cuillère). Erreur d'aiguillage, je pensai avoir trouvé une bonne adresse sur St Pierre La Mer car pas d’hôtel sur place. Dommage mais pas grave.

A déconseiller. Seul point positif l'accueil, personnel très disponible et souriant. Chambres avec porte-fenêtre coulissante qui ne fermait pas correctement, vent qui s'infiltrait. A rénover....murs...Petit déjeuner décevant. Payer 110 euros avec les pdj pour se service, exorbitant pour la qualité de la prestation.

Hôtel correct mais un peu décevant, chambre trop petite et proche de l entrée principale de l hôtel, donc lampadaire devant le balcon, bruit du passage des gens, obligé de fermer la porte vitrée. Pas de climatisation donc chaleur insupportable pour la nuit.

Agréable séjour très bien passé Personnel gentille et accueillante hôtel super bien situer autour des activités plage piscine restaurants à proximité et un gros gros plus avec une vue très agréable au petit matin sur la mer quelques petites imperfections sans vraiment de gêne mais qui peut être amélioré et qui pourrait être un petit plus STORE qui ne ferme pas correctement donc pas de grasse matinée vraiment personnel pas monter du tout pour régler le problème beaucoup déco dans les couloirs on entend tout le monde parler à 6h du matin pas possible de faire la grasse matinée idem le soir à 2h du matin accommodation au revoir matelas un peu usé ainsi que les meubles qui peut gâcher le côté agréable de la chambre point sinon pour un 2 étoiles c'est c'est agréable point petit déj bon rapport qualité-prix rien à dire je me suis régalé au bord de la piscine reste très agréable avec qui on se met à l'extérieur une vue sur la mer point vous l'aurez compris point fort de cet hôtel et son emplacement c'est point faible les accommodation de la chambre

Bon séjour Bon rapport qualité/prix même si la chambre à subi du passage de vacanciers (mobilier usé) mais rien de gênant pour profiter de notre séjour. Si je voulais du top qualité j'avais le choix de prendre un 5 étoiles :pas pour moi. Un petit soucis de réservation qui n'a pas bien fonctionné par internet mais que l'hôtesse d'accueil a bien géré sur le moment. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les budgets moyens, pour son emplacement, la qualité de l'accueil. Je vais y revenir c'est sûr. PS: le seul bémol, les clients qui ne respectent pas les autres clients dans les couloirs et par leur discussion de balcon à balcon mais ça, l'hôtel n'y peut rien. Ceci dit en général je suis très satisfait de cet hôtel.

Ns n'avons eu aucuns renseignements concernant les services de l'hôtel sauf pour le petit déjeuner que le réceptionniste ns a fait payer dans la seconde. Rien non plus ds la chambre.Nous avons eu des lits simples accoles qui ne restévpas accolés et non pas un lit double comme sur la photo de la résa. Tout à besoin d'être refait dans les chambres. Le balcon des voisins donné vu directement dans notre chambre qui n'avait pas de rideaux mais juste un store manuel. Cependant le petit déjeuner était copieux et l'hôtel bien positionné 5min de la plage et des commerces en voiture.
