Villa Olga, located on the road to Santa Caterina (Marina di Nardò), is located in a plot of over 2000 square meters full of fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation; immersed in a lot of nature, behind the villa, there is an annex of about 40 square meters consisting of a welcoming kitchen-living area, a double bedroom, a pouf bed, a bathroom with shower. The depandance is also equipped with an outdoor shower and large windows, located in each room, which overlook the beautiful garden. Villa Olga is surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy tranquility and live your holiday in total relaxation thanks to the presence of a fully equipped white wooden gazebo. Located in a strategic position, it is possible to reach, in a few minutes by car, the nearby marinas such as Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno, Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo, places well known for their white beaches and crystal clear waters.

Solo cose belle!!
Non appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da Tiziana, Antonella e Olga, tre donne che, con la loro immensa ospitalità, ti fanno sentire a casa. Ci hanno subito offerto un caffè con ghiaccio e un gelato artigianale. Nei giorni seguenti sono state sempre super disponibili e pronte ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. La nostra piccolina, Sofia, si è trovata talmente bene che non voleva più andare via. L'ultima sera ci hanno invitato a cena con loro, dimostrandosi persone di infinita bontà e dal cuore grande. La dependance è dotata di tutto il necessario per stare bene, è nuova e la parte esterna è persino più bella delle foto presenti sul sito. Sceglietela ad occhi chiusi, non ve ne pentirete. La casa si trova in una zona centrale, che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiagge più rinomate da visitare.

bonne situation dans le sud des Pouilles
logement agréable dans un jardin fleuri et calme. Nous étions seuls derrière la maison des propriétaires . Très propre, bien équipé, manque une bouilloire, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain. deux télévisions mais que des chaines italiennes et à noter que contrairement à l'annonce Tiziana ne parle pas le français. Malgré tout nous avons réussi à communiquer.

L’appartamento è fornito di tutti i confort, dagli elettrodomestici al Wi-Fi. La posizione è strategica per poter visitare ogni giorno diverse spiagge sulla costa ionica. La struttura si trova in una zona riparta dal rumore del traffico e garantisce la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato non su strada. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili per ogni esigenza, anche semplicemente per consigliare locali e posti da visitare. Essendo io un frequentatore abituale della Puglia nella stagione estiva, consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione!

Proprietà in zona comoda a raggiungere le coste del del Salento, a pochi minuti dal centro di Nardo'. Alloggio di recente costruzione, completo di tutti i confort, con spazi abitativi esterni molto confortevoli e spaziosi.

Modernes Apartment in wunderschönem Garten
Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber haben immer sofort reagiert wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Auf Wunsch wurde auch unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Die Lage war auch gut um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen zu können und zu den verschiedenen Badestränden zu kommen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen wenn es nicht so weit entfernt von Berlin wäre.

L'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà: depandance di recente ristrutturazione e soprattutto attrezzatissima, dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere al meglio e in comodità questo tipo di vacanza. Posizione sicuramente strategica: vicino a Nardò e alle spiaggie del Salento raggiungibili in poche minuti di auto. Il ricordo più bello (oltre ovviamente ai luoghi magici della Puglia): l'accoglienza, l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari; caratteristiche per nulla scontate e che per me hanno fatto la differenza. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa nel relax più assoluto, silenzioso, con un giardino meraviglioso, con l'accoglienza della signora Olga e le due figlie Tiziana ed Antonella tipica del salento, solari. La depandance è come descritta nelle foto, è di nuova ristrutturazione; per due persone al massimo con un bimbo fino 8 anni poichè il puff letto va bene per quell'età. Il posto è strategico per arrivare in tutte le direzioni e spiagge favolose con poco tempo. Consiglio vivamente la struttura dopo averne vagliate altre; anche per il rapporto prezzo qualità. Da ritornare sicuramente

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti io ed il mio compagno in questa dependance. Ci siamo subito trovati a nostro agio le "padrone" di casa molto accoglienti e carine. L'appartamento è nuovissimo e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Di contorno i tanti gatti che venivano a farci visita alla porta in attesa di qualche bocconcino e qualche carezza contornata da fusa.... Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo fortemente! Una vacanza perfetta nel segno della passsione per i gatti
Siamo stati benissimo in questa struttura nel bellissimo Salento. I proprietari (Tiziana e Antonella) molto premurosi e disponibili, sempre attente alle esigenze dei loro ospiti. Il giardino con i gatti di Antonella ti riempiono il cuore ed è sempre bello tornare a casa la sera dopo il mare fantastico a trovare gli amici a quatttro zampe che ti aspettano e ti fanno la festa. Non potevamo aspettarci niente di meglio e non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Un grazie ancora a Tiziana per la sua generosità e la simpatia di entrambe da Biki e Luca

Siamo stati in vacanza in Salento scegliendo questa depandance in una zona strategica a pochi km dalle principali zone turistiche. Il locale è nuovissimo e molto accogliente... Tutto perfetto e se siete amanti dei gatti, questo è il posto giusto! Un caro saluto alle padrone di casa, sempre gentili e disponibili, Tiziana, Antonella e la loro mitica Mamma! :)

Bellissima.
Casa bellissima come da foto completa di ogni comfort .In pochi minuti si raggiungono spiagge incantevoli e la sera si possono visitare città stupende ricche di monumenti come Lecce....che ti ubriaca di bellezza.I proprietari sono persone fantastiche che ti coccolano e ti fanno sentire come in famiglia.Tanti gatti circondano la casa in modo sobrio regalando molta allegria.
