Bella casa in posizione comoda
La casa è ben tenuta, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il piano interrato è molto fresco, quello al pian terreno ben ventilato e comunque nelle giornate più calde l'aria condizionata è disponibile. C'è intorno un'ampia area pedonale con prati per il gioco dei bambini, la terrazza ha una bella vista sul tramonto, ideale per un barbecue serale. Al pianterreno ci sono due aree giardino, di cui una più con tavolo e pergolato comoda per mangiare in 8. Il complesso residenziale è silenzioso. A poca distanza in auto la spiaggia del Frascone e quelle di Sant'Isidoro: la vicinanza con la litoranea è in generale comoda per raggiungere tante mete della costa ionica. Carlo è stato molto cortese e disponibile.

Esperienza molto positiva
Il signor Carlo un padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile. La casa pulitissima, attrezzata con tutto il necessario, rispecchiava esattamente l'annuncio. Luogo tranquillo e comodo al mare, adatto per famiglie.

Casa perfetta
Abbiamo soggiornato da Carlo una settimana ( dal 20 al 27/8) eravamo in due famiglie con 4 ragazze. Casa perfetta per due coppie di amici o più in quanto la casa è molto spaziosa,sono praticamente due appartamenti separati ma assieme. Posta all’interno di un piccolo villaggio con parcheggio. Gli spazi esterni sono ottimi per pranzi, cene e relax serale. Gli spazi interni sono giusti per la notte e per cucinare. È presente tutto il materiale per la cucina e stoviglie. La terrazza è molto grande e si possono godere dei bei tramonti! Carlo è stato molto gentile e disponibile , quando siamo arrivati ci ha regalato un cesto di prodotti tipici e del vino, molto apprezzato! La casa dista 2 minuti di macchina dal primo piccolo supermercato molto fornito e con ottimi prodotti freschi per pranzi veloci al mare. Distanza dal mare 10 minuti la prima spiaggia di sassi e sabbia. 20 minuti da Porto cesareo. Consigliata.

La villetta si trova in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalle spiagge più belle della costa salentina. Casa ben curata e pulita. Punto di forza il proprietario, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Casa e proprietari fantastici
Il Salento è già una meta fantastica per le vacanze, ma soggiornare presso questa villetta ha reso perfetto il tutto! La casa è al di la di ogni aspettativa, le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza di ogni ambiente e degli esterni. Pulizia ottima e presenza di prodotti di sanificazione visto il periodo di allerta COVID. Un bagno è stato ottimamente rinnovato e il piano cottura sostituito dal una piastra ad induzione molto veloce e funzionale. La casa è molto fresca anche senza accendere l'aria condizionata, perchè le finestre sono su tutti i lati della villetta. Il signor Carlo è stato sempre attento ad ogni esigenza ed è davvero una persona gentilissima che non ringrazierò mai abbastanza per aver reso oltremodo rilassante la nostra permanenza. Mi sono davvero sentita a casa, grazie.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene ! Il proprietario Sig Carlo fin dall’inizio molto cordiale e disponibile . Gradita l’accoglienza con prodotti locali che abbiamo successivamente acquistato dai contadini del posto ! La zona molto tranquilla si presta benissimo come base di partenza per visitare le varie località del Salento.. baie , spiagge e paesi fino a Lecce e alla costa opposta con Otranto ..! La casa molto spaziosa e pulita merita di essere consigliata soprattutto a famiglie o gruppi di amici che la possono gustare e sfruttare in tutte le sue offerte ( terrazze , angoli esterni dove mangiare a seconda del sole ) , ottima infine la presenza di doccia calda esterna .

Una bella vacanza
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 7 al 14 luglio. Gestori gentili e professionali , alloggio per otto con tutti i comfort nulla di negativo da segnalare. Consigliato e sicuramente tornerò. Ps. Bisogna avere l'auto per esplorare le zone vicine e anche per il mare. Esiste un ottimo servizio di pullman da Gallipoli a Lecce e viceversa molto puntuali. Segnalo inoltre l'esistenza di una navetta per raggiungere il mare. Che dire...tutto ok

Très jolie résidence et maison très bien entretenue
A part les douches souvent fraiches (ballons eau chaude trop petits?) et les plages accessibles nécessitant de prendre sa voiture (notamment la plus propre, celle de Porto Salvegio commune de Santa Catarina ) la maison est très propre et bien équipée. La localisation de cette location est très agréable pour découvrir le sud des Pouilles. Merci aux charmants propriétaires et à leur accueil avec des douceurs locales très appréciées !

In undici persone perfetta in tutto! Doccia esterna calda e terrazzi spettacolari. Parcheggio interno ... Posizione perfetta per tutte le spiagge più belle della zona!
