Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, this contemporary holiday villa for 12 people, is the ideal destination for family or friends who want to explore one of the most beautiful coastlines in Italy. The villa combines indoor and outdoor life so you can enjoy the sea breeze and the peace at any time of year.
The front door of the villa opens onto a spacious hall/sitting room with dramatic black and white tiled floors. An elegant staircase sweeps up to the first floor. On the ground floor, there are 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV and a glass dining table. A second door leads out onto the large, shaded veranda which acts as an extension to the living space. Here is another dining table for meals al fresco as well as cane armchairs for relaxing in the open air.
Back indoors, the separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The kitchen is divided into 2 rooms. One is where all the cooking takes place and the other room has a dining table and chairs for snacks and casual meals. This room leads off the main veranda, allowing for easy access when dining outside.
The walled garden gives privacy for guests so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two of these rooms have an additional single bed. Two of them have showers in the bedroom, and all have their own bathrooms. The bedrooms open onto private balconies where guests can relax with a book or enjoy an aperitivo.

Location
Halfway between the resorts of Porto Cesareo and Sant’Isidoro and close to the beach, the villa is ideally situated to get the best from this beautiful region. Sant’Isidoro (4 minutes) is known for its gentle beach with fine white sand which slopes easily into the sea, making swimming safe for children. Porto Cesareo (5 minutes) offers a wide range of restaurants and bars and has a vibrant nightlife.
Just 15 minutes away is the charming town of Nardo, with its Baroque squares and winding streets, which have yet to be overwhelmed by tourists. It is a food paradise and has many excellent restaurants serving fresh local food.
Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (30 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.
