Our third stay at this hotel. Stayed the night with relatives and friends we have picked up from Narita terminal 3. Helpful staff. Convenient location and a reasonable tariff including breakfast.

Older, but clean and a really convenient transit hotel. I stayed three nights due to delays / cancellations but found the shuttle bus to Narita town and station really useful, Narita is well worth exploring on foot and it’s easy to jump on the Narita Express back in to Tokyo and Shinjuku for more exploring. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. If there are “differences” from what I’m used too, no coffee in the rooms, there’s a fee payable to use the gym / pool, and despite what Google Maps says, you can’t walk there from Terminal 2 and 3. Recommended though.

Stayed for 1 night only to catch an early flight the next day, thankful for the free shuttle to and from Narita airport. There is also a free shuttle to a nearby mall for dinner or last minute shopping

Great value and beautiful hotel
Food was delicious Buffet was amazing but pricey. Walls were thin and we had really noisy neighbors until very late when we had an early flight.

Amazing rooms at a very affordable price! It even had a sitting area with kotasu, Really set my expectations regarding hotel rooms in Japan. Absolutely stellar experience, and with a free shuttle to the airport\train station. A , no notes!
