The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a shuttle but the food is expensive and even entry to the pool costs extra which was a surprise

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the transportation to and from airport was EXCELLENT! Very convenient to use when you want to access the train systems. Also the buffet breakfast has a great variety of international food. Overall a great experience 👍.

Convenient bus shuttle to and from the airport. Quick and easy check in. Large room. Excellent breakfast. Really a nice stay. Would definitely stay again if coming through Narita airport.
