New hotel (clean and spacious with a quiet public hot bath) in a great location with many unique shops and a large shrine within walkable distance. Delicious charcoal unagi dining place around the corner.

Pricey hotel and very nice but charge you for every little thing. Breakfast as an example that I bought with the room. I asked for coffee instead of tea (were serving to guests so it was available) and they charged 300 yen. Several other examples but I will not be staying again and do not recommend.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding staff
The hotel was clean and pretty, in a combination of traditional Japanese and modern. The people were outstandingly friendly. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from a large and picturesque Buddhist temple with a very nice park. The hotel is on a street with quaint shops.

The hotel is very close to Naritasan Shinsho-ji and Naritasan Park. All hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and an excellent authentic experience. Although I could not go for the half board due to the late arrival flight, but I would recommend it.
