The Nebu Lodge cancelled our reservation and we were not allowed to stay at their hotel. We did not receive an email, nor did the guest in room 2. We did not make the reservation on Saturday! We should not be charged for this room. the only email we received was the one from hotels.com advising us that our reservation was confirmed and no need to notify the hotel.
