My boyfriend and I stayed at Candlewood Suites in Franklin for 5 nights. It was exactly what we needed for our extended stay. It was conveniently located to everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. It was also equipped with everything we might need for a stay this long. The only issues we had were a few minor maintenance repairs. The toilet paper holder kept falling off and a few other handles on cabinets needed tightening. We found it difficult turn into the parking area when coming from the downtown Franklin area.

I had a one night stay. The front desk was very courteous. Melanie was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean with an exceptionally nice shower. The bed was very comfortable. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for the Buck!! I’ll be using this facility again if I ever need a good deal!

Let me start with the good. A lady named “Selena” (I think), up front was SO kind and welcoming and helpful. She made us happy to be there. The pool table in the lobby was a big plus and we had fun playing a few rounds. If the weather had been nicer I think we really would have enjoyed sitting outside at the fire pit. Nonetheless it was nice to have the option. Ok now for the bad. Our room was directed adjacent to the pool room, so no matter what we did, our room had a moldy chlorine smell. I took the air freshener from my car and put it on the air unit in the room but it didn’t help for long. Also, there was hair in the bathroom sink and a big glob of something sticky with hair on it, and some of the towels appeared to have stuff on them.
