It’s a great place to rest up but nothing is walking distance. The pool area is awesome.

Room looked clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Employees @ front desk were excellent! I probably wouldn't stay again due to the fact that it was very loud in the hotel all night. Doors slamming etc. Walls seem vety thin. You can hear people talking easily. Traffic noise is also quite loud. We were not able to sleep much at all.

Our room heater dis not work they quickly sent someone up to try and fix it and when it wouldn't work they moved us quickly and made sure everything worked. Nice clean good breakfast.

Great place to stay with a few issues.
The first room on the second floor had 2 issues. The sliding door wouldn't lock and the AC wouldn't shut off or regulate. They moved us to another first floor room. In that room, the shower wouldn't stop dripping and both LED reading lights were not working. Not worth changing rooms again. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. Patio door was nice to have. Breakfast was great! Room doors rattle when others slam their doors. I put the do not disturb sign in door jamb to solve it. Also, you can hear everything in the hallway.

Clean and comfortable
Property was very clean and the bed linens smelled very fresh. The bed was comfortable though a little tall for me as I’m 5’2”. We were greeted each time we came in and the ladies who checked us in were excellent. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast but the are was very clean and they kept everything wiped down. Our only complaint was we could hear the people next door and smell weed throughout the night Overall it was a good experience and I would stay again.

The front desk staff was awesome, Ash, Angie and Sylvia. Always there to answer questions and recommendations. Room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was ok, but no restaurant, only vending machines. And no nearby restaurants to walk to. 10 min Uber to downtown or to Opryland means Ubers add up quickly. I’d have a car next time. I could live with all that, but the one real negative is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations in the hallways and noise from other rooms at all hours. All in all, good value, and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was great, the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, during our second day, I went into the restroom and killed a roach, crawling up the wall. It was the only one that I saw. other than that, the hotel was great

I love this hotel! The staff is great and the location is great. The pictures dont do it justice I was very impress how clean my room was and all the different amenities. I wish I used all of themIts super close to downtown so you can go hangout and come back. They also have good quality guests which says a lot. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nashville.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they provided housekeeping services daily. The front desk staff and the bar staff were friendly. They provided alcohol drink tickets to be redeemed daily during happy hour. The breakfast was good. Downtown Nashville wasn’t too far of a drive.
