I like the location but better options available near by. There is a resort fee that didn't deliver much for what you are paying. The valet wasn't the best.

Great location and staff But .
Stay here for 5 nights , location is excellent, and the staff where very polite and helpful and nothing was to much trouble ( ( tatiane & mikaela ) and the staff in coffee shop Mary & gill was great. , room was very small ( 706 ) but had what you needed , we had to ask for kettle / coffee machine . Parking was exorbitant price at $70 per night with tax and we had to wait 45 minutes 3 times before we got our car, this wait was because they was under staffed so this was a management issue . We had plenty of luggage but no Bell/valet service which would have been helpful. Free water , coffee and pastry’s???? ( not free ) Your charged $30 with tax per day for the privilege. So after spending $500 on nothing it does not make it good value.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping was top notch. All staff members were friendly. But my favorite part was the morning baristas. I loved talking to them and the suggestions for stuff to do was spot on. Having a coffee shop breakfast for guests is an awesome idea and with this crew it brightened my day before I headed out.

Lobby was a bit loud with music at check-in so I thought I may have made a mistake booking here. Later it quieted down and was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

The property and staff were great. It's a quick walk to Broadway and even closer to Printer's Alley, so if you're looking to go out and enjoy the nightlife, this is a great location. The hotel room was smaller than I anticipated, but well decorated and very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Nashville
Great location and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go/see. Staff was very friendly, room and bed comfortable, and the in house restaurant was excellent. The coffee and pastry every morning was great as well!

Great property, safe and clean. I would definitely stay again or if you are looking to visit Nashville. The only downside was we had to request our Expedia VIP upgrade 3 separate times so I’d say the hotel lost points for dropping the ball on that. Having to ask multiple times doesn’t make it feel like a VIP amenity even if it’s only a bottle of wine.

We went to Nashville to attend a football game at Nissan Stadium which is within walking distance of the Dream. The back door of the hotel opens onto Printer’s Alley and Broadway is a quarter mile away. Off the lobby there is a nice restaurant and bar and a coffee shop where you can get complimentary coffee and muffins and bagels in the morning. The staff are very friendly and they want to make your stay enjoyable. For security your room key is required to operate the elevator. The room was small but comfortable and clean. We spent 5 days there and would go back again.

The room was nice, but not what I would expect for almost $400 a night. I expected the room to have a warm, ambient feeling, but the lighting was off putting. We also waited over 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car. When he did, he parked, handed us the keys, and walked off. We loaded all our bags, which wouldn't ordinarily be a big deal, except that it was raining-when we got in the car, the passenger seat was wet. Disappointing.
