The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary dinner and drinks was very good as well as the breakfast. Loved coffee and cold water being available in the lobby and on the 8th floor. Enjoyed talented live music in the evening. This is the only hotel stay at when we visit Nashville and will see where they have other locations. It was a wonderful experience.

Above and beyond customer service, every staff member and employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Honestly the hotel was great already but the service made it a five star stay. Great job, keep it up, I hope to see you all again someday.

Lovely hotel close to Broadway
Really lovely hotel a few blocks from Broadway so close to many attractions. Lobby was huge and impressive as was dining room. King room was standard but nice and clean. Included food was a convenient feature although you pay for it in the rates which I felt were a little high. Siren noise is heard frequently but cannot be helped. View from room 1103 was nice overlooking pool and city. Would definitely recommend

We are frequent visitors to Nashville, first time staying at this location. Our experience was great, very clean, staff was very nice, breakfast and the complimentary dinner (which was fantastic every night we were there)and drinks was a nice addition to staying there. Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena/Broadway (3 or so blocks). Overall, our experience was 5* and will plan on staying here on future visits.

The only downside about the property was the food. The staff was very helpful, it’s convenient to downtown Nashville, and it is very clean.

Drury hotels are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner snacks including comp drinks is also a plus.

We just got back from the Drury Downtown Nashville. Second visit. We absolutely loved the hotel. Everything about it. Large clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner snacks each night. Plus 3 alcoholic drink tickets per day. Fresh popcorn each afternoon and coffee and water available all day. The food in bar to order was great and fairly priced. Especially the desserts. Bartenders were great as well as drinks. Singer every night too! Always a crowd. The hotel is in a perfect location to downtown. You can walk back and forth all day. It has so many perks. Pool and hot tub a plus too. Will not be dissatisfied. You will love it!!!
