This was our first time staying at this Embassy Suites in Nashville the location was convenient to the bars on Broadway. The hotel was very beautiful and well kept. All the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service. We stayed one night for New Year’s Eve in Nashville! Will stay again!

Its a lovely property, but utterly ridiculous to clean the first floor restrooms at 9:30 in the morning, when people are eating breakfast, and REFUSING to let a guest come in and use the room because you're cleaning.

I was expecting the hotel to be decorated for the holidays. There were no decorations. The outside was a lot of construction and dirty. The rooms were very clean and the shuttle drivers were amazing. Would I stay here again?

The hotel was clean and priced right. The breakfast was good. A lot of choices to pick from. Good location. Away from the downtown hustle and bustle but the shuttle service will get you to Broadway. Lisa and Tony were great drivers! The free happy hour was a nice touch too!

Staff is wonderful. Love the shuttle transportation to lower broadway, very convenient. Breakfast was very good. The room had an odor to it that just wouldn’t go away. Like a chemical smell. Construction right outside was inconvenient and noisy during the week.
