Check in was a terrible experience
The front desk staff is not the nicest in my opinion. We checked in and waited over an hour an a half, meanwhile all the other guests were getting checked right in. We asked a few times during the wait and got the same response your room is not ready yet (standard room). At the end we over again asked for our room and the staff says oh we just sent a text it was ready 2 minutes ago we never received a text. The rest of the staff not the front desk was excellent it was a night and day difference not sure where the breakdown in hospitality training is there but that’s my experience.

The rooms are smaller than I expected and for the cost. The roof top restaurant was closed for a private parties which then the only choice for food was the expensive restaurant. The person I checked in with and who we checked out with was so rude! The housekeeping ladies were the sweetest! Don’t know if I’d stay there again but we loved the location.

We had an amazing time! Stayed from Thursday to Sunday for a bachelorette party. Everything about this spot from the staff, to the services, to the location was perfect! Breakfast was included, as well as 2 drinks and free apps everyday for happy hour! The rooftop was also amazing (great views and great live music). Stayed here because walkable to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway. Don't be fooled on the free breakfast, time slot too short. Housekeeping wasn't very good. They would tap lightly on door and then move on. Good food, but booze was expensive. Street was very loud at night, sirens going not stop through the night. They don't pre-arrange taxi service you are on your own. Will not stay there again.

Room was great. Clean nice bed. Easy to walk to all attractions of Nashville. Easy to come and go if driving. Clean hotel and good food and entertainment. I would recommend and stay here again
