The staff was incredibly accommodating and timely considering the massive crowd in Nashville for several events over the weekend - from the front desk providing a room upgrade and early check in to the valet who unloaded and loaded our bags everyone was courteous, helpful and patient. Breakfast was fresh and amazingly tasty. The accommodations were perfect for my daughter’s first concert and trip to Nashville. We have stayed several places downtown but this will definitely be our choice in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Check-in was a wait 1 person on a very busy weekend but she was very good. Because it was busy we didn’t find out about breakfast until we checked out. The room itself 1422 was absolutely amazing. The local was perfect for a concert at the arena and downtown! The pool is too small for such a large hotel and the bar-tender needs a vacation or two or needs to be re-allocated

Great hotel within walking distance to Broadway! Clean, comfortable, and convenient rooms with a great view. The breakfast buffet included was good. Several options for parking, although none were actually provided by the hotel or included in the price. Will definitely stay here again!

The parking staff was terrible waited 40mins for our vehicle to be brought up after paying over $62 to park very unacceptable. Some of the staff at the front desk was also super rude and told us it was an Expedia problem which it was not what so ever

Mostly a good experience. Issues with the elevators only 2 out of 5 were working causing major delays. Also, our room was very warm. Thermostat was set at 66 but never went below 74 causing an uncomfortable night of sleep. Other than that the complimentary breakfast was good. Staff at check in was very nice upgraded our room since room we booked was not available upon arrival. Overall stay was good.

Amazing. Wonderful reception and breakfast. Most of the front staff were very nice. I did get charged a 75$ fee extra that had a hard time getting someone to answer what charge was for.

The breakfast was great. The evening cocktails was too busy to stand in a line for an hour. The gym was nice. Although the room was clean, On arrival our 1st day the room had a smell of a dirty mop. You need to have paper towels in the room close to the coffee and microwave. Also I was not sure why we paid so much for the room when speaking to other guests on the same floor who paid $200 less.

Nice, spacious room within walking distance of Broadway. Clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with a lot of choices included and evening reception a nice touch.
