Great location, quick walk to the Ryman, Bridgestone and Ascend. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were well maintained. GREAT free breakfast.

When we entered are room the toilet was leaking all over the floor when we got there. Maintenance fixed it right away and no other problems occured. Very convenient to the strip

I usually love Hampton Inns. This time the construction next door made it hard for transport Ubers in and out. The dining area the couches were severely warn out did not look good at all. The hotel halls were noisy. Lots of slamming doors. The internet was horrible. I could not even get online on my my phone or my computer. Tried several times. Needed to do some work but could never get logged in. I have Verizon and it kept dropping my phone calls as well. People outside begging us for money right outside the front door. Nothing like my stay at the Hilton just 1 block up the street in July. I should have paid the $200 more and stayed there and I will next time. Just not the normal Hampton Inn Experience that I have always had. Very disappointed but lesson learned. Hampton inn is owned my Hilton but far from the quality in this Hampton Inns case.

The lobby was nice and seemed clean. We arrived late and the man at the desk continued to ignore me standing outside of the doors so I couldn’t enter the hotel until someone else was exiting. Our room seemed dated but fine. The shower flooring was moldy, sink didn’t drain and our bed sheets were stained with concerning marks. Not somewhere I will stay again.

Great location - walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, bars, etc., including Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was helpful. NOTE - valet parking was 50/day which was a lot, but valet staff were super helpful and friendly.

Good location, needs updating.
Hotel is in decent location for downtown activities. I asked about parking at check in and the guy said they had valet, failed to say it was $50 a night. Our room was big but run down. Shower had tile busted out of it and the shower made a horrendous noise when in use then entire time you showered.

Nashville getaway. December 2024.
Our stay was good. Location was easy walk to Broadway. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly (except one valet guy seemed to hate his job and wasn’t friendly and never smiled). Bed was comfortable and room great size. The only negative I have is the road noise was really bad.
