Loved the pool. It was so relaxing there. Disappointed that the washer was out of order although they did find another off the property. Rooms were very nice. Felt the front lobby looked tired. Maybe ready for a update The bus downtown was a huge bonus.

Clean enough but a bit shabby. Ice machine leaking, wallpaper peeling, tables in eating area need repainting. Front desk staff was excellent as well as housekeeping. Breakfast area staff not very pleasant.

We had a perfect stay there. Our room was clean and good sized. The hotel was very clean and although the hotel seemed to be full of people, we never heard other guests while in our room. The hotel was in close proximity to many attractions.

Overflowing trash in what was a flower container right at entrance of the hotel It was quiet , clean neat rooms , comfortable bed But was looking for a pen or pencil to take notes from a business call I received, none in room or desk area. We stopped here on a cross country move and we’re so happy we did. The hotel is right off the highway and nearby a ton of restaurants and things to do, but you wouldn’t know when you’re actually in your room because of how quiet it was. We parked our U-Haul with a trailer attached behind the building and didn’t have any issues with safety or anything like that. Both people at the front desk we interacted with were both very, very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to socialize. There were also quite a few options for breakfast, like the typical hot foods that rotate, waffle makers with special flavors (I had red velvet), baked goods, cereals, different flavors of coffee and creamers, etc. and it all tasted good. Overall, a very pleasant, easy experience and if we ever come back to Nashville, I’d likely stay in the exact same hotel.

At check in the front desk girl couldn’t even greet me. I said hello and she didn’t respond. She slid my room key to me, I said thank you and she again said nothing and continued to look at her phone. The room was okay, not the cleanest but it served its purpose.

The pool was great for a few hours with the kids. The on-site store was convenient and we were just minutes from Opry Mills and had restaurant options even closer. They also provide a shuttle service which is a nice addition.
