Disappointing for Hilton
We were able to check in early which was convenient. Later in the afternoon a strange man came in my room with a room key. He told me they had just checked him in and gave him this room. Front desk called and wanted to move me since they showed me in a different room. I told them that wasn't going to happen so they just moved me in their system. Tv wouldn't stay on a channel. After 15 minutes would go back to the Hilton honers screen. Staff had to come up and fix. Two weeks after our stay i discovered that my ear buds were missing from the case. I knew that the last time I saw them was when I moved the case from the table in our room to my suitcase. I called to report to management they said someone would reach out to me and no one has.
