No true issues. Bar nearby was kind of loud if that bothers you beware but it’s Nashville- that’s almost everywhere! The receptionist who checked our group in was rude.

The check in and out process was very quick. Both staff members were polite and courteous. The room was clean and equipped. The breakfast was a bonus. The pool was nice and clean. The workout area was small, but had what you needed.

The staff could not have been any nicer! The front desk staff, kitchen/breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff throughout our stay were all extremely helpful, polite, and willing to go above and beyond. We will be back!! Our favorite hotel to stay in Nashville. Small enough, we can park and get in and out easily but located next door to Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills Mall and many restaurants. Love it!

This is a very nice property, conveniently located to Opry Mills mall and the Opry. There are several choices for restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Good experience. Close to Grand Ole Opry. Very clean rm, comfortable beds. Easy to control temperature. Good breakfast! Wish there would have been a shuttle to airport & back. Was a van for going downtown but we were not told about it ahead of time. Should be part of the message given as one checks in.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was great to have in the mornings. When we would leave in the morning and come back in the evening we would come back to a clean room. They even folded our blankets we brought ourselves. Very nice staff.
