Fun hotel with the perfect Nashville vibe. Right around the corner from Broadway and a quick walk to all of the action. Nice room, great bathroom and fun music in elevator. Bonus - they had advil downstairs when we woke up with a hangover!!! Also - have breakfast at TENS. You'll be glad you did!

The rooms neither were ready at check in time at 4:00 p.m. there was no apology there was no explanation and when we asked for a time frame they said they didn't have one. After the first room was ready we all waited in there for over 30 minutes and decided to go to dinner and then an hour and a half later I called and they said that the room was ready they had never text me as they were supposed to or anything then when we came to pick up the room keys again there was no apology there was no any sense that they had done anything wrong.

Stairs don’t make it convenient for luggage or stroller to get into lobby. There is a restaurant you have to go through and an elevator for ADA/ stroller/ or heavy luggage. Rooftop bar didn’t open till 4pm

We had a good stay. The staff got us checked in quick. They were able to answer our questions and explained extra services the hotel offered. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The best part is the hotels location in downtown Nashville.
