I selected this hotel for its proximity to a location for a family b-day party. Nice hotel, close to everything. I was not impressed with the "Amenity" fee of $22.00. or the overnight parking charge of $60.00. Park your car in the lot across the street for far less. If your hotel wants to charge for a gym, pool, elevators, etc. Stick a card reader next to the amenity entry and add a charge for the number of times an amenity is used.

This property would have been great, but they listed that they had parking for electronic vehicles. They did not. They finally said that they would try to find us a parking spot only for us to receive a parking ticket in the mail a month later.

Customer service was excellent. I needed to extend my stay by a day and staff was very accommodating and I did not have to change rooms. Maid service was also excellent. Sheets were changed daily without asking, which I loved. I hate this new trend of changing sheets every other day or having to actually ask for daily service. I felt save. There are homeless people near the property, but I did not feel threatened nor was I approached at any time.
