This hotel was one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in. I reserved a queen room, we got a full. The rooms were dirty and outdated. The faucet on the shower was completely upside down. The bathroom floor flooded every time we showered because the shower curtain wasn’t big enough. The water would just spray out all in the floor. It was almost impossible to get new towels. I had to explain to them that the towels we had had to be used to dry the bathroom floor, otherwise one of us was going to fall. The floors in the hallway of the hotel were also covered in water. The front desk lady was constantly complaining that she was tired, her back was hurting, and she was there alone so she couldn’t bring us any fresh linens. This was stuff she was saying out loud as ppl were coming in and out. Not one single ice machine in the hotel worked. Im sure there’s things im forgetting. I think im subconsciously trying to forget the whole experience

We had a great stay, last minute because of a missed flight, but the front desk clerk was so friendly & helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the King Suite was large & spacious. Breakfast was good & the price very low for something so nice!

Hard pass, never again.
Pay the extra 10 or 20 dollars and skip this place. Remodeled bathroom was very poorly done and not very clean, but it was probably the best part of the room with a new vanity and toilet. No exhaust fan in bathroom. The smell of the cleaner they use when they slop mop the floors is awful and once that wears off you smell the mildew. The door to the cabinet where mini fridge was stored was all grimey. There were just so many things that could easily be fixed, like big scrapes on bathroom door, gouges on hallway walls. Paint peeling from ceiling corners, and the beds were hard as a board round out our stay.

We selected this one due to the customer ratings and location, convenience from expressway. The person who checked us in was very nice. The hotel is older and could use some renovations, but our room was clean, everything seemed to work and we liked that it had a seperate riom for our teenage son.

I liked the amenities…able to bring my pet, large room available, a pool…However the place was quite dirty and the bathroom looked borderline like a construction zone with paint peeling on the walls and tub, repairs had been attempted but poorly patched, etc.
