NO idea why this hotel has such a low rating
NOt sure what all the complaining is about on the bad reviews, my stay was great. large clean room, excellent front desk check in, all good. only issue was the shuttle was 30 mins late to airport but that wasn't the hotel's fault, it is a contracted transportation company. I would recommend this hotel.

I only stayed one night & it was just ok. The lady at the front desk was nice, but when I got all the way up to my sixth floor room, neither of my keys worked so I had to go all the way back down. The hallway & my room smelled a little weird but I think it was the cleaning chemicals. My room was clean, but the curtains & one of the lamp shades had some stains on them. A girl I was with who had booked a room there also said her bed had bed bugs but I didn’t see them & the hallway on her floor had no carpet which I did see. The bed & pillows were super uncomfortable. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again.

Unfortunately, the internet was down so the check in process took a lot of time. Out of your control, but still sucked. We get into the room and it smells like someone sprayed a can full of axe to cover up some other smell. The balcony door was ajar and didn’t lock, the carpet was disgusting and so was the hallway. I was so disappointed that we ended up staying at another hotel down the road a bit. For the same price we got a much better room experience. Unfortunately, that meant we had to pay for 2 rooms since we couldn’t get our money back.

Awful.
Worst experience ever and it’s not like you are going to read this and care in anyway. I traveled 12 hours to end up at my hotel, to check in, only to be told they can’t find our reservation. But truth be told, they gave the room away. I have an email from 830pm stating so for my proof, I arrived at 11:11pm. The staff and hotel were unprepared and the hotel service was a -1 out of 10. Rude. Unhelpful and inefficient. You should think about tearing this place down and building a dog park. This way, no one ever has to experience this place again. Only the joys of many dogs for years to come.

The hotel was great but I was charged on my debit card for 5 nights when i only staying and prepaid for two. Supposedly when i checked in the internet was down and could not charge my card so i was told to come back down stairs the next morning to complete the computer aspect of the checkin process. So I did. Well, when it was checkout time on Sunday my card had benn charged for a total of 5 nights and we only stayed the weekend. They said it would be refunded but that has yet to happen and WHY would you charge my card for 5 nights anyway??????! This was so unprofessional and legal action will be taken.

Front desk check in/out was slow. Need two people working the desk in the mornings and evenings. I hung around Sunday morning waiting for a hot breakfast only to find out it was continental on Sundays. Not sure how I missed that, but I could have been on the road way before I was. Hotel is under construction so there was one entrance only which was a HUGE inconvenience at night in the rain. Just be mindful of that if you book at this time. Staff was friendly and the price is reasonable for the location. Room was clean and smelled clean. Towels were nice...AND the tub drained just fine (always gross when it doesn't!) All in all I would recommend if your looking for a clean nights stay at a reasonable price.
