This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Very nice and smelled amazing. Everyone was nice and helpful. The parking was the only surprise to us- it was either valet at hotel for $55 a day or across the street, for a paid amount as well. We ended up using the valet because it was more convenient. Valet was polite and went above being considerate and helpful. Very quick getting car in and out.

I travel quite a bit and honestly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Staff was beyond friendly. The lead valet I wanted to adopt him. Stays on top of his crew and there is never a wait. Gives you a quick update on Broadway and tells you to have fun and call if you have any questions.

Great hotel, amenities and free breakfast. Great location. They do not have room service during your stay. It must be requested. We were there for 6 days and requested a refill on condition, toilet paper and towels on the 4th day. I’m ok without daily room service, but for longer stays, after 3 or 4 days a touch up would be great.
