The property is newer and well maintained. The location is a bit far from downtown, but still walkable. For the price, I would recommend something closer to Broadway. I also prefer customer service in person, as opposed to text or email. A 24/7 staffed help desk at the complex would be desirable too. Some unruly guests were a nuisance at 3 am, but there is no one at the front desk to call.

This property is such a good value for the location. The property has tons of amenities, covered parking and super nice staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. I do wish there were room darkening shades in the bedroom but that’s why I travel with an eyemask. The country music hall of fame is a short walk and this property even has EV rentals on site. I’ll stay here again!

It was everything we needed during our stay in Nashville. The apartment came equipped with everything. Walkable to Broadway and we felt safe walking home at night. The staff were awesome friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and will be definitely my go to place if I visit Nashville again. 5 stars in my books !!!!

Never stay here. There is no one to help you with the “automated” check in process, and even after I submitted the ridiculous online checkin information, I did not get the email promised to provide the multiple access codes required to access the “hotel”. And the phone number listed on Expedia was “out of service”! And freaking bonus: parking is NOT associated with whatever this convoluted mess is… you must download an app, pay separately, and its NOT guaranteed. Took 45 minutes to figure this out. And all for a room that was overpriced and nothing special. I will personally insure that we never stay with these idiots ever again. Disgusting!
