The bathroom was dirty. It had a sticky stain on the floor that the cleaning staff kept avoiding. It was still there after we left, and we asked them to clean it twice. The bed sheets were dirty, even the new sheets we received. The overnight staff was great; they did their best to accommodate, but the cleaning staff was horrible. The staff had to put up a new shower lining because the old lining had mold all over it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a horrible experience.

Nice hotel
Stay for the weekend for baseball and the stay was pretty good other than the wet/damp floor from carpet cleaning. Granted I love that the carpet is getting cleaned but I don’t like damp or wet socks.

The hotel was nice, room was not cleaned well, there were rowdy guess being loud after midnight so I wasn’t able to sleep much, I was charged twice for my room. The front desk personnel were not friendly at all.

Terrible!!! Outside contractor decided to come into our room and commenced scrubbing the carpet. I had just ran down to front desk and came back up and found 3 men scrubbing my carpet. Totally unacceptable. Was not offers any compensation or room change. Had to request loud fan to try to dry floor.

Very nice. I would have liked a kettle in the room, since I shared the room with my daughter , I did not like the hand basin separated from the bathroom by an open space , but overall I liked the room and the service

Top option for the area. The Cook / breakfast Staff was helpful in suggesting areas to visit in Nashville. The young lady wrote a list of things to do in Nashville and came back with an handwritten note. So thoughtful and kind!

Awful. I arrived and they told me I was booked at another Sonesta. So I went to the other one and they had no idea who I was. So I called the lady that sent me away and told her I was indeed supposed to be at her Sonesta, and now she tells me I was booked for her location, but for the following day. This was incorrect and, quite plainly, according to all the receipts from having pre-paid, verifiably so. When I pressed her on how she went from “you’re booked elsewhere” to “you’re booked here, but for tomorrow”, and how that was A. not true and B. internally incoherent, she then said it didn’t matter because they were sold out and the computers were down. They have yet to refund my money. I had to find another hotel. I wasted an hour and a half plus the cost of the night elsewhere, after a long tedious day getting thru airports. Not cool. The insult to injury? I got an email a half hour after I left (1230 at night) stating that Sonesta was looking forward to seeing me on the dates following my booking. Meaning this lady went into her system to play with dates. I have the receipts and the time stamps from the app where this all was paid for. This lady and this scenario is emblematic of why our country is falling apart. So many off-ramps to deal with whatever the issue was, but she chose to deny, mislead and then obfuscate. I don’t want the money back, although I will pursue it, because this lady should not be public facing for a hotel providing rest for travelers.
