I highly recommend the 1 Hotel Nashville. The hotel is gorgeous, dining options incredible, the service was excellent and overall feel is luxury and comfort. The beds are very comfortable. I traveled with a group of 4 for a birthday and will definitely go back. The location is quiet but walkable to Broadway, Museums, Bridgestone Arena, great restaurants in minutes.

This hotel exceeded all of our Nashville expectations! Walkable to downtown but far enough away that you can’t hear all of the Broadway honky tonks. Our room was beautiful and clean. There was a trendy rooftop bar if you want the feeling of being out, and a quiet bar downstairs for a more mellow experience! We didn’t eat at the restaurant onsite so I can’t speak to that, but the in room dining food was 10/10! Lastly, the small coffee bar downstairs was the easiest way to start the day. Thanks for having us, Hotel 1! We’ll be back!

Pretty hotel but bathroom set up was very odd. No privacy at all from bedroom area, completely open. Not very comfortable living space.

For the price this hotel is horrible!
Booked one night and paid ahead of time. The lady couldn’t figure out how to check me in in 20 minutes later. She finally gave me room keys. Got up to the room and the room keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs and get different keys and that happened twice. Then when I was checking out, there was confusion because they thought I was booked for two more nights they said they fix the issue and then of course I got charged for two more nights after I left. Total nightmare to deal with.

1Hotel Nashville
Hotel was nice as expected. I wish they would offer coffee in the lobby like I get at a Four Seasons. Instead, I had to wait for the cafe to open for $10 drip coffee or do room service for a $25 cup of coffee. My coffee machine wasn’t working in my room. Other than that, the 1 Hotel is always a nice experience, the rooftop restaurant and bar was great. Make reservations, it books up.
