Vehicles got broken into. Not mine but others. They need someone to patrol. They broke out the windows. Other than that I love this hotel. The prices are good and free breakfast and parking. Staff are nice.

Pretty nice room and a huge king bed - I didn’t need the kitchenette - but it was nice to have however the shelves were completely empty so even if you wanted to make Mac and cheese or something simple there were no dishes or pots or pans. Bathtub drained crazy slow, but overall for the price - it was a pretty decent place and they were kind enough to have a locked storage room available to drop a suitcase in before I could check in so I could walk around and explore. About a 2 mile walk to TennFold brewery and lots of food options around. There is a convenience store right outside the parking lot as well.

Rooms were clean comfortable, well stocked with towels. Staff definitely held to a 3:30 check in or later.You can store your bags in a room if you arrive early. Just ask the desk clerk. Breakfast wsa adequate, not a lot of choices, seating at times can be limited. Staff were helpful. Parking is plentiful. Convience store just off property. We'd stay here again!

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and only had a small handful of issues of that time. Each time they’ve done everything they could to correct it. I appreciate this place as it has become my go to whenever I visit Nashville. Will definitely be staying again. Fair price for a clean room and free breakfast.

I was not please but with my stay will not return.
Mold in the shower and bathroom. Stale smell in room. Trash leftover on floor beside bed from last person using the room. Check out is at 11am, housekeeping knocking on door at 9am. Bathroom floor slippery on tile.

Immediately when I walked into the lobby I was met by a very strong mildew smell that almost made me sick to my stomach. I saw the “wet floor” signs throughout the lobby so I thought maybe the smell would just be an isolated incident. However, when I got to my room the nauseating smell had returned. Maintenance came to spray some clean linen air fresher to try & supremes the mildew aroma but that was only a temporary solution for a long term problem. He also tried to turn the air on but that just made it worst. When I called downstairs to express my concerns with the manager, she was very accommodating & tried to move me to another room on the 5th floor but to be honest that wasn’t going to help because from the time I walked in the lobby I was met was the thos strong smell so moving to a different part of the building wasn’t going to make a difference. I wanted to leave & get a refund but the GM wasn’t on the property at the time. Luckily I only had to go through the horror of staying at this hotel for 1 night. I will say the staff was very friendly & sweet, the building just needs to be demolished & remodeled. I wouldn’t return to this hotel establishment unless those updates were implemented. Needs a bit of upkeep, but condition was fine for the price. Direct TV in room didn't work, remote seemed to have a mind of it's own. Only buttons that worked were on/off, volume. I must have had the haunted room...
