Non refundable for a reason
You get what you pay for. The hotel lobby and entrance are very run down and shabby looking. After walking in, I immediately regretted purchasing a non refundable room in advance. You have to stand at the entrance until someone buzzes you in. One front desk lady was somewhat attentive while checking us in however the other staff member was having a full conversation about schedule changes and whether or not she was on the clock the entire time as if we weren’t even there. Very unprofessional. The elevator needed to be updated and the hallway was extremely musty smelling. The room felt very dated however the bed was very comfortable.

Got to room at 1am and tv didn't work. They offered room change but we had long day of travel, unpacked and it was not practical.. they did discount room $20. Room was musty and seemed like it needed dehumidifier bad!!! Hallways smelled the same. Breakfast was good and location was great

Quiet area, easy access
Very lovely building, normal mid-end breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuit n gravy, breads, oatmeal, waffle maker, juice), all day tea n coffee bar, and the staff? FANTASTIC. Upstairs from us were fighting, then yelling, then fighting, and Drew was awesome at taking care of the nonsense! Check in was informative and personal with Abby. The area and staff make this visit a lovely time!

I visited from out of town for a football game. I love how quiet the area was and easily accessible to the gas station and interstate. The breakfast was fresh and fully stocked. The check in and check out process to quick. Rooms were nice; only a few cracks in the shower, but overall nice place to stay.

The hotel was doing upgrades which made the main entrance unusable, having to enter from the back of the hotel. The outside of the hotel looked fresh and stylish but the inside was very clearly dated. Requested house keeping services for new towels, sheets, etc. after the second night which finally happened late afternoon. However, I was only provided 2 towels, they just remade the bed with the same sheets but the trash was emptied. So only 3 stars for the review

Not worth the hassle
Things were fine during the stay, but I'm really not happy with the after service. I stayed for 2 nights and it was fine. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, the halls were a little dirty, the lobby printer didn't work, but the staff was able to print my tickets at their desk so i can give that a pass. What I'm really frustrated with is the fact that I can't get an item I left behind returned to me. I called the evening after I checked out to let them know I left something behind, and they said to call back Monday to see if it was there. I called back and yup, they had it, even described some of its details to me, and said they could hang on to it until i could send a box and shipping label to have it returned. The box and label were sent a few days later. And it arrived because i had the tracking number. But the return box was never sent. I waited and called to check, and nobody responded or seemed to care. Anyway, after waiting for weeks, I finally talked to a manager who says no one ever saw my item or received the return box. When i mentioned the tracking number, she said she'd call back. Quickly she called to say they had received a return label but no box, and still no one knew anything about the item. Its not an expensive item, just has some sentimental value, but the return label AND BOX did cost something, and they can't even keep track of it. And the manager sounded annoyed as if it was a waste of time for to locate something they already said they had.

The hotel hallways smelled awful, like musty or damp carpet. One of our rooms smelled like this as well. Also, we found a little cockroach that hid inside one of the TVs, as well as a wasp inside the room by one mattress. Receptionist staff was unhelpful, and seemed like they didn't know much since they couldn't answer simple questions regarding cribs or even recommendations for nearby food places. I do not recommend this place at all.
