Our location is also located very close to downtown Historic Franklin which is considered one of the best hidden gems in the country.

Great Place And Location
We loved the residence itself, as well as the location relative to what we were doing in downtown Franklin. It was about 1/2 mile outside of town, so you didn't have to deal with traffic directly, but close enough to get to where you need to.

We used the house for a few days away in Franklin and Nashville. The up-front communication and instructions were great, the location was super convenient to amenities, shops (try the Factory a block away), and restaurants, and the house is well kept. Highly recommend.

A Fantastic Franklin Find
GREAT PLACE! Super cute accommodations in Franklin, this bungalow is clean and comfortable in close proximity to the town center. Managed corporately, not individually, the feel is hotel-like vs. quirky personality. On our last morning, I watched a handsome buck scamper across the field that is visible from the living room picture window. Magic! Notes for improvement: the kitchen is lovely, but no pantry items available (no salt/pepper, sugar/cream for coffee, etc) so a guest will need to bring EVERYTHING they want to consume. No onsight guest guide, so we had to contact the host for wifi access (had to go find the router in the twin bedroom closet top shelf and read the label on the underside) so it's awkward. We'd happily stay here again.

Great location, cute place, and clean. We did have a few issues though. On arrival, with a cooler of food that had been in there for 9 hours, went to put it in the frig and it wasn't working. Finally found the circuit breaker and got it going. No lightbulb in the nightstand lamp, and the vanity lights in the master bedroom never worked. I was told the internet information would be in the unit. Nothing. After several calls I finally got someone to answer the phone regarding my issues. The internet password was on the router on the top shelf in a bedroom. Not easily accessible. All in all it is a cute place but better communication is needed. I'm just glad we didn't have an issue getting into the unit because we wouldn't have been able to reach anyone.

Very nice. Perfect for what we were in Franklin for. Several light bulbs need replacing - both over the master bath sink and one in the master bedroom. It could also use at least one box of Kleenex.

We loved our stay and are definitely planning on returning. We loved the convenience to the Factory for shopping and dining. The unit itself was clean and renovated with a calm, peaceful and modern, clean vibe. Highly recommended this VRBO.

We had a really nice time at this location. Very clean, well appointed and easy process to book and get in to the property. Good location to walk to the factory. The road was under construction so we couldn't walk this time...but hopefully next time! Would definitely stay at this property again!

We absolutely loved this property! It’s proximity to the Factory for coffee, shopping, and food, and to downtown Franklin was perfect! We loved sitting on the little porch and watching fireflies or lightning. Property managers were indeed “host extraordinaries” and were in excellent communication throughout our stay.
