First time to stay at a Virgin property....the hotel is laid out nicely...beautiful lobby and bar area...stayed in a room with 2 other women and found the layout of the bathroom area to be really nice for 3 people trying to get ready at the same time. The hotel was a little further from the main Broadway area than I had expected (about a 25 minute walk) but I would still look at staying there again...

Front hotel staff were excellent! Can’t say more about how great Greg at the front was! Bar staff were not friendly at all and rude on some occasions but didn’t let that ruin our trip. Brunch was great. Would definitely stay at a Virgin Hotel again.
