staff (mark specifically) was so nice and accommodating, I went for my 25th birthday and they made sure all my needs were met everyone was so pleasant

Family of 6 stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. 2 people had to sleep on the pull out in living area. Room was very spacious so were able to give the pair in the pull out privacy. The outside deck was HUGE and wrapped around. Great views. Enjoyed watching cruise ships coming and going. The resort and room were very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and historical sights. Beach was also right outside the hotel with lots of chairs and calm water.

I loved everything about this resort. I stayed ok the One Particular Harbor side & It gave a very relaxed vacation vibe. Staff were very helpful and made sure my stay went well. My only thing is everything at the resort is card only. But other than that great stay!

The overall property was nice but our entire room always smelled like wet carpet when we walked in. We had to open to sliding doors all day to let air in. The whole floor smelled a bit like this so we didn’t bother to as for a change. Other than everything was great.

I accidentally booked this place for the same day, intending another day, called the resort to change it within an hour, also tried Expdia, they all refused to refund the money. Terrible service, they basically stole $1000 fro me.

1 . The front staff were pretty good. The wait staff at every restraint was horrible, if you went to the cafe restraint and wanted to order something to go, you would wait at the bar for 15 mins While staff keeps going by you, until you have to raid your voice. 40 mins later you’ll get your 1 stack of pancakes. 2. Hot water in the shower takes about 20 mins to warm from 50 degrees to 60 degrees and that’s as hot as it will get. I know it seems stupid but for $10k a week I would like a hot shower. 3. My family and I went to the pizza place on the second floor and ordered a large cheese pizza and breadsticks, the same night my kids both threw up in bed and had the poops all day. Me and my wife felt sick for 3 days. Would not recommend eating there. 4. The kids water parks were very nice and kids had a great time when they didn’t fell sick from the food which is way over priced even for a vacation destination. 5. We decided to take a taxi to “Atlantis”. And never come back to that establishment. A taxi by the way should cost a group of 4 people and 2 bag $27. However the staff at margrave have there own taxis across the street they recommend ended up costing $47, again trivial amount of money but just goes to show you how they mark up stuff at the resort.

I wouldn’t recommend staying there. 3 out of 4 bars closed on a Friday night. The staff is too busy flirting and dealing with their own issues than helping with yours. Got my bill wrong but no one available to fix it. Maid throw away my food in the refrigerator.
