This was by far the single worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. The gave me a dirty room and told me they were full, everything smelled, nothing like the pictures on the website.

Amei a experiência no Natal praia hotel , principalmente pelo atendimento. O garçon Max deixou saudades pelo maneira atenciosa e prestativa de se fazer presente para com os hospedes. Sem deixar de pronuncionar o nome de Luisa e Simone , onde a simpatia a tenção estavam sempre presentes.

Estive no hotel a 8 anos atrás e permanece a mesma coisa. O local é bem visitado. Acredito que deveria passar por uma reforma geral. No mais, esta tudo bem. Cafe da manhã com muitas variedades. Com essa ultima experiência, daria uma nota 7.

DECEPÇÃO TOTAL
Eu e minha família reservamos o hotel pra passar o final de semana. No último dia no hotel aconteceu um acidente gravíssimo com duas pessoas do grupo, não foi no hotel, foi na praia. Porém não tivemos suporte nenhum da parte do hotel. Uma das pessoas ainda se encontra no hospital. A chefe da recepção liberou dois quartos apenas de cinco reservados até as 14:00. O hotel não tem absolutamente nada a ver com acidente que foi na praia, porém não tivemos um suporte nenhum do hotel. Nossa família estava desesperada com pessoal no hospital e o hotel não deu apoio nenhum. Simplesmente falaram que tinha que sair às 14:00 porque estava lotado. Nos deixou desamparados sem suporte. Uma pousada do lado , liberou 2 apartamentos para nossa família. Graças a Deus . Estamos bem decepcionados, pois foi a segunda vez que fomos no hotel e a última. Só queríamos um pouco de apoio e suporte.
