I booked the room at this hotel with an outdoor pool. Checked in our room and saw that the pool didn't have water in it. So last two Holiday Inn hotels that featured outdoor pools were not usable! Disappointed 😔

I didn't get my room. I booked and paid 267.00 for a two queen with sofa sleeper room. We have 3 kids 11and 9 year old daughters a bed. And a sofa for my 10 year old son and our bed. I booked 4 days in advance paid immediately for it. I get here and they tell me they don't have my room. so they gave me a king with a sofa. Plus they are all out of blankets and pillows for this sofa. My son is on the floor with a sheet and pillow cushions. he fortunately brought his pillow and blanket. My daughters have one sheet we have them and we gave them pillows sleeping on a mattress cover it's awful! But the place is at least very clean! They is a conference here plus the whole town is booked and we are here for a wedding. So we are not as important it appears. It's an uncomfortable night. And the bed is extremely hard

Friendly Staff!
I planned a trip to take my elderly father to visit his home state and stayed in Natchez for a few nights. While here, my dad unexpectedly had to be admitted to the local hospital and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my son comfortable and even extended our nights with ease when we weren’t able to leave on the day we planned. They checked in on us and were just the friendliest people! I will 100% stay here again next time I am passing through. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the hotel was in a great area.
