It is located in an area surrounded by pastures and vegetation at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos, from where countless routes leave such as La Laguna Grande, Las Chorreras, Valdeascas, El Inmenso Pinar and La Peña Histórica, Cabeza Castaño (Quartz Deposit very varied), birth of the Tormes, and multiple activities both risk and relaxation.

Navarredonda de Gredos is a peaceful and pleasant town, it has all the basic services (health center, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, bars and restaurants, ATMs, etc.).

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are fully equipped with bedding and towel sets for each guest. The bathroom is also fully equipped (including a hair dryer, shampoo and gel in individual bottles, etc.).

The kitchen is joined to a spacious living room by a wooden bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils (hob, oven, fridge, freezer, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, juicer, utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc., etc.). It also has a washing machine and patio to hang out.

The living room has a large balcony that makes it very bright and allows you to enjoy the views of the Sierra de Gredos. It has Smart TV and is equipped with internet connection via 300Mbps symmetrical fiber and Wi-Fi network.

The house has all the necessary equipment for a most comfortable stay. It was built with the best materials and good thermal insulation. For the winter the heating is gas, not being necessary the air conditioning in the area for the summer.

The house is located at the entrance of the town, the portal is between the Domingo Arrabé Saddlery and the branch of Caja Rural de Salamanca.
