I saw good reviews about this hotel, but my experience wasn't the best. The rooms are tight with not much space for 2 people, rooms were out dated and not thoroughly cleaned. Parking is not available other than valet and thats $75 per night. I really wanted to like this hotel, but was disappointed.

I stayed at the Felix Hotel and got bit up by bed bugs! I went to the receptionist, showed them a picture of the bed bug, brought them the actual bed bug in a piece of tissue, and showed them my bite marks. They gave me another room and told they would reimburse me a full refund at check out. Well when we checked out the housekeeping supervisor said she inspected the room and saw no signs of bed bugs even after I brought it to them. This place is a horrible! I don’t recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would

Nice easy place if you are just looking for something minimal and quick. Very pretty neighborhood. Very walkable. It’s a 20 minute walk to millennium Park. Just beware the rooms are very small. And the lobby is very small as well. It was a nice easy spot for just a one night stay

Good location in walking distance from local main attractions and good restaurants. My room was tiny, but it was enough space for a solo traveler. Towels and wash clothes didn’t seem very clean (stains/hair etc). Toilet tissue wasn’t stocked, but housekeeping brought me some after calling down to the front desk. Staff were excellent and check in was swift. It was decent stay.
