The location is great, right on the river. The rooms are a bit outdated. The staff wasn’t as friendly as I’m used to for a 4 star hotel. They also charge a daily fee. It can be used for room service but everything is pretty pricey and there’s a $5 delivery fee which I didn’t notice until after ordering.

Our stay was OK
Hotel was nice and clean although the rooms were a little dated. No fans in bathrooms, dated bathroom decor and carpet in the room. They charge a $25/day destination fee that's refundable with food/beverage purchase at the hotel. They didn't tell me upon check-in that needed to be per day. So even though we spent $500 in one day only $25 of the $75 we were charged were refunded. Also - Shula's restaurant in the hotel was the worst meal we've had for the price. Service was good but the food was less than average for what we spent. The wine list was also below average. It was very disappointing. The location of the hotel was great but there are many other options that we would consider before the Sheraton when we return.

Had a great time staying at the Sheraton hotel, very friendly staff. Housekeeping was great Margret did a turndown service was awesome came back to a refreshed room. Front desk was helpful and friendly. When Checking out we did luggage storage w Freddy supper nice and friendly.
