Relaxing weekend
We had a great stay at this house. We enjoyed using the kayak and paddleboard. (Access to the water is across this street.) We also enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the porch. It was about a 15 minute drive into St Michael’s, where we had excellent meals, went sailing, and enjoyed the cute shops and pretty houses. It was a really nice, relaxing weekend!

Amazing private house for families
This was our second time staying at the property. My wife’s side of the family lives in the area so we stay here to enjoy everybody without driving all around the Eastern Shore. Topher is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The house has always been clean and ready for guests on time. The pool is amazing in the hot summer days and the kids never want to get out. The private dock is awesome for crabbing, fishing, launching the provided canoe, kayak and paddle board, and my brother in law even docked his John boat there so we could fish Bulls creek. We caught a ton of crabs and striped bass (rockfish) and steamed some Maryland Blue crab. Overall excellent experience and we hope to be back again next year!

Great spot for family weekend!
We loved the house - it was a perfect base for my brother and I to visit my sister (who lives in the area). We had lots of space indoors and outside, and the pool, kayak and paddleboard were all excellent ways to beat the late July heat. Hope we can visit again!

Fantastic sanctuary away from DC
This location was a dream over the July-4th holidays. The house is even more charming and well appointed than pictured. The pool was the perfect temperature. The dock access and provided crabbing equipment were a major highlight. The home is delightful, well designed, and very clean. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The sweet bunny rabbits in the yard, fireflies, and the vast starry nights only added to the true retreat feel this place offers. Such a great place!

Great Property Close to Crabbing sites
We loved Waterside Cottage. It was so quite & the crabbing was wonderful which is what we were looking for. Topher was wonderful to work with both before we arrived & on the day of arrival. My husband is already asking if we can book it again next year.

Quiet & Relaxing
We loved the slow paced Neavitt lifestyle. It's definitely off the beaten path but we like that. My daughter picked this rental since we were staying during her 8th birthday. She was thrilled. The house was just as pictured. All beds were comfy with memory foam mattresses. Air works great even upstairs. Kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and appliances. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for some peace & quiet. Pool was great for the kids. Owner was also very kind and accommodating.

Spacious rental was perfect for our stay. Our annual trip to the shore was upgraded this year at this home with a pool! AC works well, WIFI is strong, kitchen well appointed- even the knives were sharp!

Wonderful stay! Enjoyed everything about it. House had everything needed to prep meals , use the grill and the enjoy water sports! Having a pool was such a bonus and helped us relax and cool down.

Beautiful getaway for family get together.
The house was even better than we expected. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. The amenities were amazing. We paddled ball creek and did a little fishing. The pool is amazing for the kids. We had an absolute blast and will be back again!
