The room we stayed in had loose tiles in thw bathroom, the tub didnt drain properly and the toilet made a terrible sound when you flushed it. Like a high pitch squeel.

The worst Hamilton I ever stayed in. None of the vending or ice machines worked. Had to buy soft drinks at front desk for $2 more than price on vending machine. Bathroom had such a sewer smell was almost unbearable. Toilet howled noise when flushed. No exhaust vent in bathroom.

Food great, staff great, beds are atrociously bad. Pain and no sleep both days and I used to love this place and always booked for good sleep. Mattresses should have been subbed out years ago. Rocks are more comfortable.

We asked for a room change because the occupants next to our room were loud and not respectful. The front desk moved us without hesitation to a different room which was quiet and very nice.

Worst beds ever
Got to the desk and the staff were completely friendly and helpful. Quick check-in process. Got to my room and it was clean so i did my usual bed inspection. Worst mattress ever. Felt like layimg on plywood and I could feel every spring. Needless to say i went back down to the lobby, told them the situation, and the manager was very understanding and gave me a full refund.

The room was a nice size for a family of 5. Breakfast hours were great. The pool needs addressed; it has way too much chlorine in it. The pool was right by our room and the smell was awful.
