The positive points about this hotel were:
* The room was clean on arrival, and cleaned during the four days of our stay
* The Air Conditioner worked well and was quiet
* There was a refrigerator in our room
* Swiming pool, and hotel on the beach-front
The negative points were:
* No visa facilities!! The excuse was "The machine fell off the counter yesterday, and will be fixed soon".
* No wifi!! The excuse was "Something is wrong with the connection"
Had to use the nextdoor hotel's wifi, but that took 3 days to organise!
* No phone in room. To contact reception, you had to go downstairs and find a staff member, to make a
local call, you had to find the senior staff and use their mobile phone.
* Only 3 TV channels and none in English
* Laundry service took 3 days to return laundry. Even then the garments weren't completely dry.
* Menue had lots of choices, but not many were available! What we did eat was delicious, and large
portions
* On the last day of our stay we were informed that there would be no mid-day and evening
meals available for guests, due to a private party being held at the hotel!! WHAT??
